Ariana Biermann is opening up about how her “freckles disappeared” after her mom, Kim Zolciak, scheduled her a facial as a teen. The Next Gen NYC cast member has been so open about her “physical transformation” over the years (more on that down below), including now explaining why she no longer has freckles on her face.
Ariana took to Instagram on Tuesday, Oct. 7, where she posted a video of her getting ready for the day in her new NYC apartment. After putting on a “full face” of makeup, Ariana revealed that she “always” puts on faux freckles as her last and final step. But, this wasn’t a step that Ariana has always had to do. She admitted that she once had freckles all over her face until her mom once intervened with her skin.
“Every time I do it, it makes me think of how I would not be putting on these freckles had my mother not have gotten rid of my freckles when I was 14!” she exclaimed.Â

She continued, detailing how Kim had set up her facial appointment at the time, which ended up being a laser treatment that lasered off her freckles. But, Kim and Ariana are still able to have a sense of humor about it, as they are both in a very good place today. “I was on the phone with my mom the other day, and she just started laughing,” Ariana said. “I’m like, ‘You’re a jackass. Now I add them onto my face because I don’t have them anymore. Because somebody removed them. And I didn’t want them removed.”
“Mom, you’re a jacka— for that,” she concluded. “I love you but, [you’re] insane.”
In the comments, Kim responded to the story by sharing several laughing-crying emojis. She also liked the post.

Ariana’s freckles disappearing has just been part of her transformation over the years. Ariana has gone through some major hair changes, in addition to other noticeable differences.

Ariana took to Instagram on Sept. 14, where she posted a video filled with photos of herself taken from when she was younger, before she embarked on her fitness journey. The video then flashed to photos of her now. “To the girl I was, you’ve come so far, I’m so proud of you,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
