The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kim Zolciak got a house of her own earlier this year, following her 2023 split from Kroy Biermann and the January sale of their $2.75 million Georgia mansion. In a recent exclusive interview with The Daily Dish, the Tardy for the Party singer shared new details about the house.
“I love my new home,” she said, explaining that “all the kids have their own bathrooms and bedrooms,” as well as a full basement.
She admitted, “I just have so much s–t in there, and I haven’t really even unpacked all of it,” but then she had a “huge” kitchen — a great place for the kids to bring their friends.
“It’s kind of on the other side of town [from] my other home, so I do have to drive my kids to school and pick them up every day, which is fine,” she continued. “That’s the only downfall. But other than that, I just absolutely love it. Yeah, I do.”

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas for Kim. The mom of six isn’t being tardy for the holidays in her new home, sharing a few festive snaps on her Instagram Stories.

To the tune of Andy Williams’ “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” Kim posted a video from inside the home, now filled with Christmastime decorations galore. In the corner, a tall, life-sized, armored knight donned a bright red bow around its neck, while the fireplace mantle held a draping pine garland festooned with delicate lights, red berries, and matching ribbons and bows. Silver pinecone embellishments offered a sparkly touch, as did the glitter seen along the frosted sprigs.
But perhaps most central to the theme was the family’s Christmas tree, crowned with an explosion of red berries and white birch twigs. The rest, filled in with matching silver pinecones, white and clear ornaments, and eye-catching pops of red. Underneath it all, a white fur tree skirt is sure to be filled with gifts by Dec. 25.
Of course, it’s not the first time Kim has gone all out for the season. Past posts indicate that she and the kids — who include Brielle Biermann, 28, Next Gen NYC’s Ariana Biermann, 24, Kroy Jagger “KJ” Biermann, 14, Kash Kade Biermann, 13, and 12-year-old twins Kaia Biermann and Kane Biermann — have always loved this time of year; baked cookies, eggnog, Christmas music, the works.
And now that she’s in her new home, there is plenty to be grateful for.
Over the last few months, Kim has slowly been giving fans peeks inside the home, which has a neutral color palette and touches of glam decor details sprinkled throughout the house, like gray marble tables and countertops, dark-colored couches with fur throw pillows, and gray area rugs.

The holidays may look a little different this year since Kim is in a new relationship with a man named Kyle. When announcing the new relationship in late October, she said the two bonded because they went through “the exact same situation.”

Kim offered more to The Daily Dish over the BravoCon 2025 weekend in Las Vegas. “It took me two years to even go on a date with anybody,” she confessed. “[I] didn’t talk to anybody. I’m a Taurus, honey, I’m loyal to a fault.”
Kim said she has chosen to keep the romance relatively private, citing Kyle as a “businessman” who isn’t so used to living in the spotlight. “But, he’s super supportive,” Kim maintained.
