Below Deck Mediterranean’s Kizzi Kitchener is revealing how she feels about Nathan Gallagher following their flirty moments on Season 10, considering he’s since gotten back with his ex Gael Cameron and they recently welcomed their first child.
“I think it’s lovely news,” Kizzi said of the birth of Nathan and Gael’s son, Kayden Cameron-Gallagher, on the Oct. 20 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “I love babies, and I love love, and I love weddings, so I wish them all the happiness and all the health, and I hope she gets a lovely big ring and they have a lovely day.”
All in attendance of WWHL in the Bravo Clubhouse shared that they wanted the same, including Andy Cohen, who joked he wouldn’t have minded a ring from Kizzi’s fellow WWHL guest and Below Deck Mediterranean’s newest chef, Josh Bingham.
For Josh’s part, he agreed with Kizzi’s sentiment. “We love love, don’t we, Kizzi?”
In case you need a refresher, that was Kizzi’s justification earlier on Below Deck Med Season 10 when she admitted that in spite of her flirty ways, she had a boyfriend, Tommy, waiting at home.

Kizzi Kitchener makes a clarification about her boyfriend
Kizzi clarified on WWHL that she and then-boyfriend Tommy were not official when she was filming Below Deck Med Season 10, and were “only seeing each other” after two months of dating. “I am very open and very honest, so he knew everything the whole time anyway,” Kizzi added.
Still, “he doesn’t love it” when Tommy sees Kizzi’s flirtatiousness on screen.
What to know about Kizzi Kitchener and Nathan Gallagher’s romance so far
Fans are only starting to see things between Kizzi and the Irish-born Nathan heat up on Season 10 of Below Deck Med. (Of course, filming took place before Nathan and Gael got back together.)
During one outing, Nathan recognized she was “definitely trouble,” especially after her transparency about “vajazzling” her unmentionables. Prior to that, sparks flew during a tease-y exchange while in port. Nathan asked if he should “turn on the charm,” to which Kizzi said, “I’ll believe it when I see it.” Nathan joked that the stacks were high against him, considering he was up against Christian Trimino and Max Salvador.
“Me and you are gonna have a problem,” Nathan told her.
Kizzi’s response? “I thought this from the start.”
But the brakes, at least partially, were pressed after Kizzi revealed she had Tommy. Or as Kizzi referred to him, her “gentleman at home.” Once again, she justified it with, “I love love.”
“That’s f–king bizarre,” a gobsmacked Nathan later told producers.
