Kristen Doute has sported so many different hairstyles throughout her time on Vanderpump Rules and The Valley. The James Mae designer has gone blonde, worn extensions, sported some super long lengths, and a super chic bob. And she really makes that bob work for her.
The mom of one sported her little brown bob in the late 2010s and again in early 2020, taking to Instagram at the time to show off her new hairstyle. Kristen first took to Instagram in March 2018, where she posted a photo of herself rocking her new haircut against a neutral backdrop. In the photo, Kristen’s angled bob can be seen just grazing her chin and neck, with caramel colored highlights woven throughout. “Hair did,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
Kristen’s stylist took to her own Instagram account at the time, where she posted a different look at the haircut and offered up her own commentary in the caption of the post. “Short and chić for [Kristen],” she wrote in the caption of the post. “This cut is making me want to cut my own hair, literally.”

Two years later, she was still rocking the bob. Kristen’s BFF and The Valley cast member, Brittany Cartwright, took to Instagram in February 2020, where she posted a selfie of her hanging out with Kristen on her birthday, who wore her hair in a little longer and straighter in the bob cut with slightly lighter, blonder highlights.

It’s been seven years since Kristen first debuted that bob, and so much has changed in her life. She is now engaged to her fiancé, Luke Broderick, and is a mom to their daughter, Kaia Lilly Broderick. And, she is now wearing her super long hair in a hue that is so much lighter.
Kristen took to her Instagram Story on Sept. 3, where she posted two photos of her sitting in the salon chair, getting foils put into her hair. “Project MILF is underway,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
She then showed off her after transformation, which was complete with honey blonde highlights and lots of layers in her super long hair. She wore her hair in a side part, allowing the length and color to frame her face in a new way.
“Guys!!” she exclaimed in the caption of the post. “She’s back!”
