Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie is having some fun in the sun this summer. When Kyle Richards’ daughter isn’t busy closing luxury real estate deals, she’s been spending some time poolside at her new Los Angeles house.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter showed off the property’s stunning backyard, complete with its own massive pool and lounge chairs, in a series of images on Instagram that hint at how Farrah has been spending her California summer. In the first shot, Farrah can be seen effortlessly posing in a tiny bikini as she lounges on a chair next to the pool, using her arm to block the bright sun’s rays.
“Asked chat gpt for a caption but we haven’t spent enough time together yet,” she wrote alongside a winking emoji.

The next photo highlights the large fenced-in pool itself, which is nestled into the trees. Three large rafts float in the water. Nearby, a large sundeck complete with three poolside daybeds and an umbrella finishes off the backyard oasis. Farrah is once again seen lounging in the space — this time wearing a marigold-colored bikini — in a third image as fans get a glimpse of the property’s lush landscaping.

The carousel of images also includes photos of a fire roaring in a sleek grey fire pit, a cluster of mushrooms, an epic Los Angles sunset, and two women lounging in a pool with a view that overlooks the city. The final photo shows Farrah playfully winking over her shoulder at the camera as she works on her tan.

It isn’t the first time fans got to view Farrah’s new gorgeous outdoor set up. Not long after the real estate maven purchased the property, little sister Alexia Umansky shared her own images of the home’s outdoor retreat in an Instagram Story that showed off the empty pool’s crystal clear water and surrounding landscaping.
“A sunny Saturday at [Farrah’s] house,” Alexia captioned the snapshots.
Farrah has been settling in after announcing in May that she’d purchased the property. At the time, she shared a video on Instagram of the home’s mid-century modern inspired living room, complete with exposed wood beams, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and built-in shelving. A large boucle arched sofa anchored the room, which also included a cozy white rug, wood side tables and a piano tucked into the corner.
“When I saw this one, I just knew she had to be mine,” Farrah wrote, before adding “slowly but surely coming together…”

It didn’t take long for Farrah’s two cats Blue and Jade to make themselves right at home in the new abode. When one Instagram user asked Farrah where the two kitties were, Farrah replied “They’re here loving their new home.”

With her own property needs now officially taken care of, Farrah is free to go back to helping Hollywood’s elite find dream homes of their own. Kyle’s oldest daughter has worked alongside stepfather Mauricio Umansky at his real estate firm The Agency since 2013, focusing on selling luxury multi-million homes.
