The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards is revealing a glimpse into her spending habits, and newcomer Amanda Frances is offering her best financial advice.
On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show for Season 15, Episode 3 (check out the clip above), Kyle admitted to turning “a very blind eye” to her and her now-estranged husband Mauricio Umansky’s financial situation. Two years after they announced the end of their nearly 30-year marriage, Kyle still doesn’t want to see the numbers. “Like, my American Express app? I still can’t look at it,” she admitted to the Rich As F*ck author.
When Amanda, herself a businesswoman focusing on women’s financial empowerment, suggested she and Kyle “work on that,” Kyle joked, “I would rather walk down Sunset Boulevard naked” than learn of her monthly expenses.
“What are you afraid of? Amanda wondered. “Is it the shame that you spend too much?”
“Mmhmm,” Kyle offered.
Why the RHOBH cast is talking about their finances on Season 15
Money was a big topic on the Dec. 18 episode of RHOBH as Dorit Kemsley continues to seek clarity in her finances amid her split from Paul “PK” Kemsley. Out to lunch with Amanda and Bozoma Saint John, she gave a dire look at matters: “For the last 14 years, PK’s been paying the lion’s share of our family outgoings,” she said. “When we separated, he said that the finances would stay the same.”

But that didn’t stick, according to Dorit, because PK allegedly said the commitment was for one month only.

Elsewhere on the After Show, Dorit said that she learned her and PK’s home — where children Jagger, 11, and Phoenix, 9, live — went into “pre-foreclosure” at the same time as everyone else. She said that if PK refused to pay the mortgage, he should have at least informed her, because she felt capable of handling money matters and was just “pushed out of the equation.”
But, according to Kyle — who stood in defense of PK earlier this season — the writing was on the wall.
“Dorit doesn’t talk about her financial situation at all, so I didn’t know,” Kyle said. “I mean, I could kind of think things were not amazing because I know that PK was very upfront with Dorit when they actually met that he had- I think he had filed for bankruptcy, and he was kind of getting back on his feet again. So, one could definitely speculate.”

Amanda maintained that it was all the more reason Dorit should have been more on top of the couple’s financial affairs. She continued to impart more of her money-related advice when speaking on the After Show.
“It’s 2025, and we’re responsible for whatever financial situation we’re in. Truly, you have to keep your eyes on it and have awareness around it,” said the show’s newest diamond holder. “I want women to be empowered around money. It’s as much ours as the person we’re married to, even if they made it, in my opinion. I just don’t like people turning a blind eye to that part of their life.”
