Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton are wishing their sister, Kim Richards, “love” and “happiness” as she enters a new year of life. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills sisters took to social media over the weekend, where they gave a look inside their relationship with Kim today and sent her special birthday wishes.
Kyle took to her Instagram feed on Sept. 20, timed to Kim’s birthday, where she posted a series of both old and new photos of them, along with a few of the duo with Kathy. She then took to the caption of the post, where she penned a sweet tribute to the RHOBH alum, who is five years older than her and currently lives a very private life in Florida.
“Happy birthday [Kim Richards],” Kyle wrote. “Wishing you an abundance of happiness, health, and love. May this year bring you all that you wish for. Love you.”
Kathy re-posted Kyle’s post to her Instagram Story on Sept. 20, where she left her own message for her younger sister. “Happy Birthday, Kim Richards!” Kathy wrote. “We love you so much! Wishing you all the love & happiness in the world & your best year ever!”

“Better than the last time there was stuff in the press,” Kyle noted.

Kyle had previously provided an update on Kim during RHOBH Season 14, Episode 16. In the episode, Kyle admitted that they don’t get to see Kim as much as they would like to, but she knows that Kim is “happy.” “I know, it is nice when we’re all together,” Kyle admitted.

“We’re just not that close, I don’t see her that much, unfortunately,” she added.

Kyle and Kim grew up very close, as they were both child actors in Hollywood from a very young age. The sisters even rocked the same long blonde ombré hair at one point, with Kyle posting a sweet throwback photo of it to Instagram in 2016.
“I mean, this hair is ridiculous. Thanks, mom,” Kyle wrote in the caption of the post, tagging Kim. “What is this pose we’re doing?”
