That’s what the 90210 OG said in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish when asked about her relationship with Teddi, the latter of whom continues her health journey following a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis. Not only did Teddi’s battle bring them closer together, but so did Kyle and Teddi’s separations from their husbands, Mauricio Umansky and Edwin Arroyave, respectively.

“You know, and just going through what she’s gone through, [it] just brought us even closer,” Kyle said in our exclusive interview. “I mean, what I was going through first, and then what she was going through with her separation, and then having this curveball come at her, like, this was just really mindblowing, you know, to think that someone that you’re so close to and love so much is going through something so scary.”

As Kyle concluded, “It really did just bring us even closer, and I just love and appreciate her so much.”

Teddi was initially diagnosed with melanoma (skin cancer) in 2022 after Kyle noted a suspicious mole on her friend’s back. The cancer eventually metastasized to her brain and lungs, resulting in chemotherapy and radiation treatment and no less than 15 surgeries, as People reported last year. In late July, the former RHOBH cast member and life coach revealed doctors gave her a 50/50 prognosis.

Of her ongoing immunotherapy treatments, Teddi admitted during an Ask-Me-Anything on her Instagram Stories earlier this month, ”Some days are definitely better than others. And you don’t see all the times I’m laying in bed unable to do much. Don’t be afraid to let people know how you’re feeling, and don’t feel guilty if you need to rest.”

“I would say to just be there to listen, especially on the worse days,” said the mom and stepmom. “We often feel like we don’t want to burden people, but to have an outlet is so beneficial to our mental health.”

Thankfully, she has had Kyle and plenty of Bravoleb friends to see her through, which was clear when four of the Fox Force Five gloriously reunited.
