Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s youngest daughter, Portia Umansky, is officially applying to college! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills kid is currently a senior in high school and is one step closer to leaving the nest, which is unbelievable to Kyle.
Kyle took to her Instagram Story last week, where she shared some throwback photos from Season 1 of RHOBH. She then proceeded to explain how Portia was just a toddler when RHOBH Season 1 premiered on Oct. 14, 2010. And now she’s almost an adult. “I can’t believe we first aired 15 years ago,” Kyle wrote in the caption of one of her Instagram Stories. “[Portia] was 2 years old when we aired on Oct. 14, 2010, and now applying to college.”
Kyle also posted the most adorable photo of a very young, curly-haired Portia, taken during RHOBH Season 1, holding her hand over Kyle’s mouth as Kyle held her in her arms. “Season one,” she wrote over the photo.

Kyle has not yet revealed which colleges Portia plans on applying to. But, she did reveal that Portia has toured colleges in Texas and Florida, and has expressed her interest in a few of them.
Portia also already has a clear idea of what she wants to do for a living after she graduates from university. Kyle appeared on an Amazon Live stream in April alongside her daughters, Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, Alexia Umansky, and Sophia Umansky, where they revealed that Portia has “very cool plans” for the future.

“Very entrepreneurial,” Farrah noted. “She’ll probably start her own business.”
Kyle further admitted that she does not see Portia working in real estate alongside Mauricio, but becoming a businesswoman instead. “The other day, she was pacing back and forth, and I thought, ‘Why is Portia on a business call?’ She was literally having a business call,” Kyle recalled. “And then she goes, ‘Well, you know, this person I know, they’re working with this brand.’ And she had all these great ideas, and I’m like, ‘This girl is so smart.'”

It was just two months ago when Portia left for her first day of her senior year of high school. Kyle took to her Instagram Story on Aug. 27, where she revealed that Portia was leaving their home in Encino at 6 a.m. to watch the sunrise with her senior class.
“My baby is a senior in high school,” Kyle wrote over the photo. “Today [Portia] went to school early to watch the sunrise with her class. As she left, I couldn’t help but think about how quickly time passes…A year from now, she’ll be going to college. A little reminder to enjoy every moment.”
