California investigators are looking into new allegations of sexual misconduct by disgraced rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says it received the new report on Friday from the Largo Police Department in Florida, ABC News reports.
A spokesperson for the Florida department confirmed that it assisted the California department with an investigation but said it is not investigating any allegations independently.
ABC reported that Largo police took the report in September from a man who said Combs sexually assaulted him in 2020. The victim’s name is redacted in the report, but music producer Jonathan Hay said in social media posts that were later removed that he made the report.
Hay also said that he was one of the John Does who filed a civil suit against Combs in the summer.
The report details two incidents, which took place in February 2020 and March 2021. In the first, Combs allegedly masturbated in front of Hay and then asked the producer to “finish him off.” Hay said he didn’t respond and Combs tossed a semen-stained shirt at him.
In the second incident, Hay said that CJ Wallace — son of late wrapper Notorious B.I.G., aka Christopher Wallace — and others set him up “to be sexually assaulted by Combs at Wallace’s house,” PEOPLE magazine reported.
ABC reported that Combs forced his penis into Hay’s mouth multiple times.
Hay said he was collaborating with Wallace on a project at the time, leading to his introduction to Combs.
Wallace filed a counterclaim against Hay last week, denying what he called “wildly false defamatory allegations.” He called them a “calculated smear campaign” aimed at damaging his reputation and demanded a jury trial.
Combs is currently serving 50 months in prison after his conviction in July on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
