The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City‘s Lisa Barlow had an ice-cold response to Heather Gay weighing in on her and Angie Katsanevas’ ongoing drama.

On the heels of her and Angie’s most recent face-off at Whitney Rose’s lunch, Lisa met Heather for a little shopping during Season 6, Episode 6. Amidst Lisa venting about Angie’s so-called “nasty digs,” Lisa hurled several of her own insults, prompting Heather to call her out.

“What you’re saying that you hate about Angie is exactly what you did,” Heather observed, before asking, “How is what you’re doing different?”

Although Lisa still insisted she didn’t “go low” with Angie, Heather disagreed.

“There’s a reason that no one ever rides hard for you,” Heather replied. “I think it’s because they’ve all been burned by you. And everyone at that table has a history with you where you have gone low. … You cannot sit here and expect me to let you diss her and say that she does all these horrible things and not look at you and say you do too. What you two are doing has no end point.”

Appearing to choke back tears, Lisa put on sunglasses, before asking, “Why can [Angie] start it and then no one’s allowed to say anything back to her?” She went on to suggest maybe she “shouldn’t go” on the cast yachting trip to Canouan with the Below Deck Down Under crew, after all.

“Oh my gosh, the nerve of her to say this right now,” Lisa vented to a producer. “It’s like, Heather, are you f–king blind and deaf? Because, clearly, you don’t see all the times everybody’s coming for me non-stop, and it started with you.”

A flashback to RHOSLC Season 1 reminded viewers of their early drama, which ultimately inspired the title of Heather’s 2024 memoir, Good Time Girl.

“Like, you know how much I put up with with Heather?” Lisa continued in her confessional. ” And I’m glad I could give your book a title. Like, this is bulls–t.”

How Lisa Barlow and Heather Gay’s argument ended on RHOSLC

Following more debate over the “million nasty things” Lisa and Angie did or didn’t say about each other, Heather insisted that her intention was not to “hurt” her or stir up problems between them.

“I’m saying it so you can see it’s never gonna stop unless we acknowledge it,” Heather explained. “I want to get it off my chest too. … We all feel bullied a little bit by that stuff. You’re a risky f–king friend.”

Lisa’s response? “I don’t feel like I am, and I’m sick of being labeled that way,” she said. “I don’t feel bad about it. I think [Angie] needs to take accountability.”

After pointing out that she and Angie are “both losing” the battle, Heather expressed hope that the upcoming getaway might bring some healing to the group’s fractured friendships.

“I’m trying to move forward with you right now, and I’m hoping this trip will help bring us together,” Heather concluded. “But, like, until you really clear it up or change, it’s never gonna go away.”

Why Heather Gay is questioning her friendship with Lisa Barlow

Later on RHOSLC‘s Oct. 21 episode, Heather unpacked her and Lisa’s heated shopping trip during a walk with Meredith Marks.

“There’s a part of me that felt like I wasn’t getting through at all,” Heather said. “I love Lisa and I love our friendship and I wanna defend her, but, like, I also don’t want to be a fool ’cause I was not Lisa’s friend for four years. … And so, this is the first time I’m kind of seeing how she pulls ya in and then, like, kind of slings the mud.”

In a confessional, she added, “Lisa has a very specific move, and it is to dig up dark skeletons. … She keeps repeating the pattern. I don’t know why she does it, but she should’ve evolved by now.”

After asking why Meredith “let Lisa off the hook” so easily at Whitney’s lunch amid recent accusations, Heather admitted that she was questioning their relationship.

“I don’t wanna be in a friendship with Lisa where I have to keep her at an arm’s length or watch my back or wonder if she’s only, like, not digging up dirt on me because she’s not mad at me right now,” Heather elaborated to Meredith. “Like, I just don’t want to be in a friendship like that.”

As she concluded, “A lot of us have been able to say we’re sorry, but I would love for Lisa to say she’s sorry for a few things, too.”
