Viewers saw the Bravolebrities come face-to-face in The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6, Episode 7, when Lisa and her castmates chartered a yacht led by Jason and the Below Deck Down Under crew. The Salt Lake City mom spoke about the experience during her October 28 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, and revealed her honest thoughts about the captain.
Lisa Barlow reveals her first impression of Captain Jason Chambers
“What did you think of Captain Jason as captain of the boat?” WWHL host Andy Cohen asked Lisa.
“He works really hard,” she replied. “I didn’t expect him to work so hard. He was busy, breaking a sweat. He does a really good job.”

Lisa wasn’t only impressed by Jason’s work ethic, but also became quite fond of him during the drama-filled charter. She confirmed this during the WWHL segment, “Does! Lisa! Love It?” — a game in which she was presented with different items, trends, and people before revealing if she did, in fact, “love” them.
“Does Lisa love Captain Jason?” Andy asked.
“I loved Captain Jason,” the Housewife responded, before offering some clarification. “I was not in love with Captain Jason.”

Andy continued to question Lisa about her time with the Below Deck Down Under cast and wondered if she had a “favorite” crew member.
“I had multiple. Multiple. And they were so fun,” she said.

While the crossover was filled with tons of drama, laughs, and shocking moments, Andy reassured viewers that more would be revealed in the upcoming Below Deck Down Under Season 4, which will focus on the crew’s perspective.
“If you guys loved the Salt Lake City episodes of Below Deck, wait until you see the reverse side from the Below Deck vantage point,” he said.
“I’m excited to see that. I’m nervous,” Lisa added.

But Jason wasn’t the only captain whom Lisa “loved.” During her Clubhouse sitdown, Lisa was asked which Housewife or Bravoleb she was “least looking forward to seeing at BravoCon.” Lisa gave a very diplomatic answer, insisting she “loves everyone,” which prompted Andy to recall Captain Sandy Yawn’s recent comments on WWHL.
“Sandy, last night, was saying that she was a little intimidated to see you at BravoCon,” Andy told Lisa about the Below Deck Mediterranean captain.
“Me?” Lisa replied. “Oh my gosh, Captain Sandy. I love her. We went to London and I thought she was amazing. She’s cool.”
