When it comes to her staff, Vanderpump Rules boss Lisa Vanderpump means business.
LVP caught wind during Season 12, Episode 6, that her SURvers had been misbehaving after work at TomTom, aka Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval’s West Hollywood bar and restaurant, from a manager named Logan.
“Some of the SUR kids were in here last night, pretty drunk, dancing on tables, crying, screaming at each other, and they ripped one of the mirrors off of the wall,” Logan informed Lisa, who responded, “Who the f–k do they think they are?”

Shortly afterward, she approached hostess Audrey Lingle to find out exactly what happened, starting with who took the mirror off the wall. After Audrey revealed that it was one of her friends, LVP remarked in a confessional, “I don’t like hearing this about somebody being destructive, but at least it’s not one of my staff.”
As for which staffers were “shouting and screaming and crying,” Audrey told her boss that assistant manager Demy Selem and bartender Natalie Maguire “were getting into a fight” at TomTom.
“Oh for god’s sake. One of my managers … doing that here,” Lisa vented, as iPhone footage from the dustup rolled. “Listen, I don’t mind having a good time, but getting s–tfaced, crying, screaming, shouting, standing on furniture is not OK with me.”

A bit later on VPR‘s Jan. 13 episode, Lisa pulled Demy and Natalie aside at SUR to get to the bottom of why they were “arguing and screaming at TomTom.”
Demy went first, explaining, “I decided last night that I was done with this friendship. I can’t do this friendship anymore. I can’t do it.”
More drama ensued after Natalie claimed that she didn’t know what Demy’s problem was, and LVP eventually intervened.

“Can you not look at it from my point of view?” she asked the duo. “You’re exploding, and you just keep going around and around in circles.”
When she began to mention the mirror, Natalie interjected to say that she “wasn’t part of” that, but Lisa followed up with, “It’s not a big deal, OK? But you’re still in my bar, darling.”
In a confessional, Lisa added, “The one thing I don’t like hearing are excuses, especially Demy. She’s supposed to be a manager. They’re starting to feel like a liability. I don’t like that.”

In a confessional, Demy explained that her “problems with Natalie did not happen overnight,” before going on to detail their issues from the past several weeks, including how the SUR bartender “doesn’t respect” her as a manager.
LVP, for her part, weighed in on the drama, stating, “Right now, neither of you are winning in this equation. It’s so negative, so you’ve got to resolve it. You used to love each other as friends.”
While Natalie insisted that she would still “do anything for” Demy, the latter remarked, “I love her, I just don’t like her.”
After telling a producer that Demy’s statement was “triggering” because of her “extremely toxic childhood,” Natalie addressed her and LVP directly afterward, saying, “I’ve worked here for two years. This is my family, and they’re all telling me that they hate me and they want nothing to do with me.”
That’s when Lisa declared to Natalie, “Maybe you can’t fix this one. She doesn’t want to fix it.”
Still, Natalie pointed out that Demy’s unwillingness to repair their friendship was “very difficult,” prompting the SUR boss to conclude, “OK, well, you’re gonna have to deal with it. Agree to differ.”
