Although it can be exciting, moving into a new home is rarely a stress-free experience. Just ask Madison LeCroy.
While settling into her latest “dream” house, the Southern Charm cast member hopped on Instagram to share a quick — and very honest — update on her move-in process.
“How’s the moving going? Well, as you know, moving sucks,” she said in the video. “Obviously, I am very excited to be in the house, and I can’t wait for everything to be put away.”
Madison LeCroy shares an update on her home move-in process
Madison filmed the video from the kitchen/dining area, where she showed off the dozens of moving boxes stacked on the floor. She explained that the boxes have yet to be unpacked because they belonged in rooms that were still being updated.
“This is the problem about how we moved,” she said. “A lot of the areas that this stuff has to go in, it’s not finished yet, so I can’t put it away. And that’s gonna absolutely drive me crazy.”
Madison LeCroy can’t decide what to do with her new wine bar
But Madison’s home issues didn’t stop there. The South Carolina native, who is pregnant with baby No. 2, said she also couldn’t decide what to do with her incredible wine room.
“Let me get y’all’s thoughts on this: So, I have this amazing wine bar that I cannot wait to clearly use more often, but it’s gonna be a while,” she said while showing off the space. “So, I thought, should I make this the actual bottle station, you know what I mean? Or do I do coffee there? There’s so many things. I’m losing it, y’all.”
The Instagram video included a poll with three options: Should she use the space as a temporary baby bottle station, a coffee bar, or keep it as is?
Madison LeCroy shows off her home renovations
Madison and her husband, Brett Randle, began moving into their new home earlier this week while crews continue several renovations. The Southern Charm-er, who is also mom to 12-year-old son Hudson, has shared several looks at the interior updates, including the kitchen makeover and her newly painted garage. She revealed the latter in a May 31 Instagram Story originally shared by Eddie Franco Professional Painting.
The video showed a crew member using a spray gun to paint the space completely black.
“We used a gray primer first,” the video was captioned. “Now, we are applying the first coat of paint. Walls, ceilings and trim all one color.”
About a month after announcing her pregnancy, Madison confirmed she had listed her previous Charleston abode for $1.75 million. Although she had described the property as her “dream home,” Madison said she and Brett wanted something with “more space, more charm, and plenty of room for [their] family to grow.”
