Madison LeCroy has postponed her much-anticipated salon opening. The Southern Charm cast member dropped the disappointing news during her latest Amazon Live stream, just several months after announcing her plans to launch the business in January 2026.
Although Madison declined to get into the weeds, she told viewers she was forced to delay the salon opening due to an issue involving the brick-and-mortar.
“Well, actually, it’s not coming along because the space that I was supposed to close on December 15 ended up not working out,” she explained. “So, I’m starting from scratch again. So, it’s gonna be a while for me.”

Madison admitted the setback took a toll on her — so much so that she began questioning her salon plans.
“There’s a part of me that’s like, ‘Is that a sign?’” she confessed. “But, no, it’s just… I don’t know. I just have to now wrap my brain around starting over, and I don’t really love that.”

Madison said she had yet to find another location; in fact, she hasn’t even begun the search.
“I’m not in a good headspace to even look at [other spaces],” she continued. “But I will. I’ll get it figured it out.”
Madison LeCroy was set to open her new business in early 2026
Madison first teased her salon plans during her New York City getaway back in September, suggesting she had already found a location.
“So, I am here to let you guys know I will be opening a hair salon in Charleston, South Carolina,” she said in a September 17 Instagram video. “It is going to be big. It is going to be amazing. I’m gonna show you a sneak peek of what it’s going to look like.”
Madison confirmed she was in the early stages of building her staff and called on any interested applicants to reach out.

“You do not have to [be] local. I’m actually looking for people outside of Charleston,” she clarified. “I want fresh, fun [employees]… We’re gonna be like a little family. If you are interested, please shoot it over. We will jump on a Zoom call. If we get past that point, I will fly you out to Charleston, and we can discuss it further. But yeah, January 2026, this will be happening.”
The licensed cosmetologist returned to Instagram several weeks later to offer a glimpse at the would-be salon space. Madison posted a black-and-white photo in which she was seen holding a floor plan.
“Exciting things are happening,” she captioned the post. “[New salon] loading.”
Madison made sure to tag interior designer Betsy Mosby, who later offered a peek at the salon’s potential decor.

Madison spoke about her passion for all things hair and beauty in a September 18, 2025, Amazon Live stream, saying she might take on a dual owner/stylist role once her salon opened.
“I’ve always loved hair. Anything beauty, I’m obsessed with it,” she said. “I just think that there’s something about giving someone that confidence… So when you come to my salon in Charleston, I’ll be sure that someone there — or maybe even myself — will be able to give you that. We’re coming back. It’s just, I had to have a baby, build my family… Now it’s full force.”
