The Southern Charm cast member took to Instagram over the weekend, where she gave an update on Teddi, who spent her first few weeks of life at the NICU, after arriving six weeks early. In the photos, posted to her account, Madison can be seen standing next to her 12-year-old son, Hudson, and husband, Brett Randle, with their family dog, Karen, outside of their new Charleston home.

The mom of two also posted photos of Hudson holding Teddi in his arms and a sweet video of Teddi (with her full head of dark hair) sleeping in her lap. Everyone in the pictures looks so at peace and so happy that Teddi is finally home.

“We’re finally home…all together,” Madison wrote in the caption of the post. “After 2 weeks of back and forth to the NICU, today we brought our sweet Teddi girl home and I truly don’t have the words (but I’ll try). Watching Hudson hold his baby sister, seeing Brett step into this role with so much love, and just standing in my doorway with my arms full and my heart even fuller…this is it. This is the life I’ve prayed for, dreamed of, and finally get to live.”

“She’s home, we’re whole, and I’ve never felt more at peace,” she concluded.

Madison also took to her Instagram Story, where she posted a series of photos and videos from Teddi’s homecoming. In one video, posted to her story, Madison, Hudson, and Brett can be seen in the same bed together, as Hudson held Teddi in his arms. “Alright everybody, we’re home,” Madison said in a whisper, while Teddi cooed in her sleep.

“The gang’s all here,” Madison added, pointing the camera on Karen, who sat on top of the sheets, watching her family. “Right Karen? What do you think?”

Madison also snapped a photo of the outside of their home, which announced Teddi’s arrival. “Teddi LeCroy Randle,” the sign read. “5 lbs. 18 in. June 29, 2025.”

Madison LeCroy opens up about her daughter’s time in the NICU

Because Teddi was born early, she spent time in the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit. Madison had been scheduled to deliver Teddi during the last week of July, but Madison told Us Weekly that her water broke at home at 34 weeks, causing Teddi’s early arrival.

Madison told the publication that it was protocol for Teddi to be in the NICU because she was born early, but noted that she was breathing on her own. “She’s kind of a little trooper,” she admitted.

Madison took to her Instagram Story on July 8, where she revealed that Teddi was still in the NICU, but was getting ready to come home. “Update on baby Teddi: She’s still in the NICU and we’re still here with her, but she’s doing great,” she wrote. “Taking her bottles, gaining weight, and right on track for where she should be. Our little preemie angel is getting stronger every day…we can’t wait to bring her home.”

Madison’s friends had even joined her in the NICU one night for dinner, bringing her company while she spent time with Teddi. “So dang lucky to have y’all,” she captioned the post. “Love you big time and thank you for spoiling me with all the goodies!”
