The Married to Medicine Season 12 reunion trailer is here to deliver a healthy dose of drama.
The above sneak peek, which dropped on March 13, kicks off with the cast — including Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Toya Bush-Harris, Quad Webb, and Dr. Mimi Sanders, along with friends Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Angel Love Davis, and Brandi Milton — wasting no time cutting right to the heart of their issues.
With host Andy Cohen moderating, the women instantly begin addressing topics such as secrets about each other’s marriages, their exes, and fractured friendships. Toya even arrives prepared to dive into the “crazy” conflicts surrounding the Med Gala with text message receipts emblazoned onto a lab coat.
As Drs. Heavenly and Simone’s ongoing feud enters the spotlight, several other confrontations erupt, including between Dr. Mimi and Toya. Meanwhile, the husbands are also clashing behind the scenes.

After Dr. Eugene Harris mentions someone “justifying bad behavior,” Steve Sanders claps back, “You justify bad behavior every single day with Toya.” When the men eventually take their turn on the reunion set, Andy mentions that “there was some drama backstage,” and more arguments ensue, with Dr. Damon Kimes, Dr. Scott Metcalfe, Curtis Berry, and Cecil Whitmore also entering the fray.
Once the ladies reunite with the men on stage, Quad tearfully fields questions about her and King’s breakup, and Mimi becomes emotional while unpacking her experience as a mother to a “special needs child.”
Elsewhere, Andy admits he’s “worried” about Simone’s answers to his questioning if she can “move forward with Heavenly and Jackie.” She tells him, “Andy, I don’t like the eyerolling.” A bit later, Jackie sits down next to Simone, who declares, “We are never going to end up back together again. Don’t want to, can’t do it.”
Finally, Andy addresses Dr. Heavenly’s future on Married to Medicine amid her run for office in the United States House of Representatives.
“I’m assuming if you are elected, you will have to leave this show,” the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host states, prompting Heavenly to reply, “Well, I’m not closing any doors, but that’s the thought.”Â
