Mauricio Umansky truly epitomizes the “work hard, play hard” mantra. Case in point: his recent fun-filled night with three of his favorite girls.
On Friday, January 16, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills dad took a break from his busy real estate career to party at Miami’s LIV nightclub with his eldest daughters, Sophia Umansky, Alexia Umansky, and stepdaughter, Farrah Brittany — the firstborn of Mauricio’s estranged wife, Kyle Richards.

The family outing served as an early birthday celebration for Sophia, who turned 26 on January 18. Mauricio shared a peek at the celebration in an Instagram Story that showed him dancing at the venue alongside his and Kyle’s daughters.
Sophia and Alexia also posted photos and videos of their night on the town, which included VIP bottle service, custom “Happy Birthday” signs, and a performance by rapper Rick Ross.

Sophia continued the celebrations on Saturday night at Miami’s E11EVEN “ultraclub.” She and Alexia uploaded shots of the packed dancefloor as well as Sophia’s special shoutout on the 30-foot-wide LED screen.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY SOPHIA,” the graphic read. “E11EVEN LOVES YOU.”
Inside Mauricio Umansky’s working relationship with his daughters
The Umanskys’ Florida trip wasn’t strictly for pleasure. Days before Sophia’s birthday, Mauricio’s luxury brokerage firm, The Agency, hosted its annual Forum in Fort Lauderdale. The event included networking opportunities and curated programming for influencers, executives, and the next generation of real estate heavy-hitters.
Mauricio led the three-day forum, which counted Farrah and Alexia among its attendees. The former has been working for the company since its inception in 2011 and has since become one of its top-performing agents.
Alexia joined the brokerage in 2019, following her graduation from Emerson College. She specializes in properties across the Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Sunset Strip neighborhoods.
Does Sophia Umansky still work for Mauricio Umansky’s company?
Sophia also attended The Agency’s Forum, as indicated on her social media accounts; however, it’s unclear if she was there as an employee or simply in a supportive capacity. The George Washington University alum started working for The Agency several years ago, signing on as a marketing assistant. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter shed more light on the job in a 2024 Instagram Story, after she was asked about her specific role.
“I run the team Instagram alongside [real estate agent] Maddie Buffardi,” she replied. “Working on some marketing stuff for the team while I continue to study for my [real estate] license!”

Cut to May 2025, when Sophia revealed she was no longer working for her father’s company.
“I was exploring [real estate] and I might again,” she said during an Amazon Live stream, “but right now I’m not.”
Kyle and Mauricio, who announced their separation in 2023, are also parents to 17-year-old Portia Umansky. Find out if the high school senior plans to join the family business after college graduation.
