Mauricio Umansky and Ryan Serhant are two real estate agents, with their own real estate firms, working and living on opposite coasts. But the two Bravolebrities crossed paths on Oct. 28 in New York City, putting their real estate knowledge to use.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband and founder of The Agency united with the Million Dollar Listing New York real estate agent and SERHANT founder on Tuesday, where they attended the annual NYC Real Estate Expo. The two men were among the 150 speakers who spoke to more than 10,000 attendees about real estate and their businesses.
Mauricio took to his Instagram Story on Oct. 28, where he posted a photo of himself standing next to Ryan. Kyle Richards’ estranged husband looked so laid back and California cool in his dark gray button-down shirt as he stood next to the New York-based real estate agent, who donned a suit, standing among other agents from their panel. He also re-posted a photo of himself, sitting next to Ryan while speaking on a panel at the expo, wearing a pair of glasses as he looked out into the audience.
Kyle Richards celebrates an accomplishment in Mauricio Umansky’s career
Mauricio has been making some major moves in his career, and Kyle has been there to celebrate them. In September, The Agency celebrated a “fresh new chapter” at the West Coast headquarters after it was freshly redesigned. The real estate firm posted a video to Instagram showing off some highlights of the new decor, with Mauricio heavily featured in it. And Kyle showed her support by giving the post a like.
“A fresh new chapter begins at The Agency Beverly Hills!” they wrote in the caption of the post. “We brought our LA team together for an afternoon of celebration, connection, and energy as we unveiled our redesigned West Coast Headquarters!”

Mauricio and Kyle’s daughters later showed their support for a different side of his career in October. Mauricio took to Instagram on Oct. 3, where he teased his modeling campaign for Moshe Ben-Ari’s brand, Ari Soho. “HIM,” his second-oldest daughter, Alexia Umansky, wrote in the comments.
Ryan Serhant welcomes his wife, Emilia Serhant, to his real estate team
Mauricio isn’t the only one who has gotten support in his career from his wife and vice versa. On Tuesday, Sept. 16, it was announced that Ryan’s wife, Emilia Bechrakis Serhant, joined the SERHANT team as a licensed real estate agent.
