Mauricio Umansky can now add “runway model” to his already extensive resume. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills dad recently returned to the Big Apple for the unofficial kickoff of New York Fashion Week. But Mauricio wasn’t just a spectator. On February 2, the real estate mogul made his runway debut for Ari SoHo, a U.S. apparel/accessories brand he has worked with for several years.
“[Excited] for the [AriSoHo] fashion show,” Mauricio captioned a video from inside the retailer’s NYC flagship.

The NYFW show had a Bravo-heavy guest list that included The Real Housewives of New York City’s Erin Lichy and her husband, Abe Lichy, as well as The Real Housewives of Rhode Island’s Rosie DiMare. The latter posted a video of her DJing the event and a little peek at Mauricio’s big entrance.
“Oh my god. Mauricio Umansky is here, you guys,” she said in an Instagram Story. “He’s so handsome in real life. Crazy.”

After becoming a regular Ari SoHo customer, Mauricio developed a close bond with the brand’s founder/designer, Moshe Ben-Ari. In 2025, Mauricio collaborated with Ari SoHo on a fall/winter collection consisting of leather biker pants, performance blazers, denim button-ups, sneakers, and more. The Beverly Hills dad also starred in the Ari x Mauricio Umansky campaign, shot by photographer Brock De Haven.
Mauricio spoke about the experience in an interview with People magazine, revealing how his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, and their daughters reacted to the campaign photos.
“I texted the whole fam chat,” he said before pulling out his phone. “I’ll look, and I’ll tell you exactly what [Kyle] said. Let’s look here… Our fam chat’s off the charts, so I got to go back quite a bit.
“Kyle said, ‘These are great. You look amazing,’” he told the outlet, before reading messages from his daughters. “Alexia [Umansky] said, ‘Super handsome.’ Farrah [Brittany] said, ‘Oh wow, looking great’… So yeah, super supportive.”
