Meadow filed for divorce on February 15, citing their marriage date as October 17, 2021, and their separation date as January 3, 2024. She disclosed the existence of a prenuptial agreement signed on October 14, 2021, which outlines the characterization and division of assets, including separate property, agreed upon by both parties and their legal representatives.
In response to Meadow’s petition, Thornton-Allan filed his own response, concurring with the separation date and acknowledging the end of their marriage. However, he requested spousal support from Meadow as stipulated in the prenuptial agreement, directly challenging her request to terminate his support entitlement.
Their separation was initially announced through a joint statement affirming their mutual decision to amicably part ways, with a commitment to privacy and continued support for each other.
Meadow and Thornton-Allan’s relationship attracted attention in early 2021 when they announced their engagement in August of the same year. Their wedding, celebrated in the Dominican Republic, was attended by several of Paul Walker’s “Fast & Furious” co-stars, including Vin Diesel, who escorted Meadow down the aisle. Despite the dissolution of their marriage, they described their wedding as a cherished moment marked by intimacy and simplicity.
