Melissa Gorga’s Caribbean getaway also served as a mini-family reunion — Bravo family reunion, to be exact.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom headed off to St. Barths last week with her husband, Joe Gorga, and a small group of loved ones. However, the two quickly realized they weren’t the only Bravolebrities on the island.
Melissa & Joe Gorga reconnect with MDLNY‘s Steve Gold in St. Barths
On Sunday, November 9, Joe posted an Instagram photo of himself posing on the beach alongside Million Dollar Listing New York agent Steve Gold.
“My Man!” the Jersey dad captioned the photo.
Steve, who was vacationing with his wife, Luiza Gawlowska, also shared the unexpected run-in on Instagram, sharing a photo of the Gorgas and their crew sitting on a dinghy.
“Old school Bravo fam,” the realtor wrote in the Story, which Gorgas re-shared on their respective accounts.

Get a Look at Melissa & Joe Gorga’s “boat ride from hell”
As per usual, the Gorgas went heavy on the vacation content. They posted photos and videos of their beach days, their get-together at the La Guérite Beach Mediterranean restaurant, and their “boat ride from hell.” Joe shared the latter footage in an Instagram Reel simply captioned, “How it started.”
“OK, we’re about to get on a boat ride. It’s windy. Rough seas,” he said before turning the camera toward the smiling ladies. “Look at how gorgeous the women look. Before and after. You ready? Look at how pretty [they are]. Wait till you see. It’s an hour-and-a-half ride.”
Joe knew exactly what was coming. The video then cut to the group looking quite uncomfortable as the sea sickness began settling in. A few of the passengers felt the need to sit on the floor, others kept their heads down, and some were given barf bags. Melissa was also seen sitting against a wall with her eyes closed, as she continued to focus on her breath.
“Melissa, are you OK?” Joe asked, before going over to comfort her.
“I’m just chilling. I’m ready to go,” the Jersey dad added, indicating he was feeling A-OK. “Now the party starts.”

The Reel concluded with Melissa, Joe, and the group back in high spirits. They were seen at a restaurant with drinks in their hands, while lip-synching to Natasha Beddingfield’s “Unwritten.”
“The boat ride from hell!” Joe wrote in the post. “But they turned it around.”
