Michelle Saniei‘s boyfriend, Aaron Nosler, is over her and estranged husband Jesse Lally‘s non-stop drama on The Valley — to the point their relationship could even be in jeopardy.
While debriefing Vanderpump Rules‘ Scheana Shay on what happened in Santa Barbara during a hike in Season 2, Episode 6, the mom to 5-year-old Isabella recounted how “disaster” Jesse called her names “that no man should ever say to a woman, let alone the mother of your child.” It turns out that Aaron wasn’t pleased to hear about the incidents either.
“Aaron had this conversation with me, like, ‘I love you, I love Isabella. Like, I want us to one day be a family, but I can’t deal with a crazy ex-husband like that,'” Michelle told Scheana, before dropping a bombshell. “He said, ‘If nothing changes, like, I think it’s better if we’re not together.'”Â
In a flashback from a day earlier, viewers also briefly heard from Aaron himself, as he shared that he “didn’t sleep at all” the night Michelle called to fill him in on Jesse’s Santa Barbara antics. “I know that he’s going to be there… forever,” Aaron said. “It’s been hard to, ya know, accept.”

Michelle further unpacked how her contentious divorce has negatively affected her and Aaron’s relationship in The Valley After Show video above.Â
“Finally, at 35 years old, I find somebody that respects and loves me, and everything’s going great, except for I have a psycho ex-husband that literally calls me and texts me 100 times a day … about the schedule or about money,” she claimed. “And, of course, it was gonna take a toll on our relationship.”
Dealing with Jesse on a daily basis ultimately gave Michelle “a lot of anxiety.”Â
“It was kind of scary to know, like, wow, I found this guy that I truly love and I wanna be with and I can see a future with, but at the same time, I have a psycho ex,” she added. “And if it was in reverse, like, I would feel the same exact way.”
So, Aaron offered Michelle some advice: “He said, ya know, ‘You can’t constantly fight with Jesse. Ignore the phone calls, ignore the text messages. Like, take a step back,” she recalled. “I knew if he was gonna be somewhere, I just wasn’t going. So, I really avoided Jesse as much as I could.”
As far as Michelle’s concerned, she’s “done a really good job at ignoring Jesse” and “taking him out of my life as much as I can.” Her decision to hire a divorce lawyer when mediation failed helped her feel “more confident, instead of bullied all the time,” too.
“We’re still navigating it — it’s still very difficult — but I think we’re doing the best that we can,” she summed up on the After Show.

In light of Aaron’s ultimatum, Michelle further admitted to Scheana in The Valley‘s May 20 episode that it was “devastating to think that we might get to that point where we might break up.”
Crediting Aaron with helping her through the “rough time” that is her divorce, she added, “I was like, ‘You’re gonna leave me because Jesse’s an ass? … I’m not gonna allow that.'”Â
Her demand appears to have worked: On an earlier After Show, Michelle revealed that she recently moved in with Aaron and “absolutely loves” living with him.
“It feels like a home that I haven’t had for a long time, and I love it,” Michelle gushed. “When I have Isabella, we have family dinners, and I used to just do all of that by myself. So, the fact that, like, I have a partner… Even though that’s not her father, like, he treats her as if he’s a stepdad.”
