A man shot and killed his two female landlords to death after a dispute over repairs to his home in South Florida, according to a probable cause arrest affidavit reviewed by Law&Crime.

Hollywood police officers were called around 5 p.m. Monday to a home on North 57th Avenue for a shooting. Officers went inside and found two women lying on the ground of the doorway between the home and garage dead from multiple gunshot wounds. The victims’ names are redacted from the affidavit but local NBC affiliate WTVJ reported the victims are Delia M. Cuadrado and Elizabeth Ann Conly, who own the home.

Detectives approached a man who was pacing in the driveway of the home later identified as 73-year-old Miguel Fiallo. He said he lived in the garage that was converted into an apartment, but told detectives he would not speak with them because “anything he says can be used against him,” the affidavit said. A woman whose name is redacted from the affidavit and apparently lives with Fiallo told detectives that she and Fiallo went to Kentucky Fried Chicken for dinner and returned home around 4 p.m. Both landlords were inside the home when they got there.
