Missing 4-Year-Old Boy Found Dead 2 Miles From Dad’s Home – Crime Online

A 4-year-old boy who vanished on Wednesday while visiting his father in Alabama has been found dead, officials said on Friday.

Johnathan Boley’s body was discovered two miles from his father’s Walker County home. Boley disappeared with his dog, who was found alive near the boy’s body, according to WBRC.

As Crime Online previously reported, Boley’s 6-year-old brother last saw him crossing under a fence into the woods with the dog.

Shortly after Boley’s reported disappearance, his father was arrested for explosive materials discovered inside his home and around his property. The FBI also responded to the scene because explosive materials from previous detonations were discovered in the woods where Boley had vanished.

Sheriff Nick Smith said the missing boy’s father, Jameson Boley, 40, is charged with unlawful manufacturing of a destructive device or bacteriological or biological weapon. Smith also claimed that the missing boy and his brother live with their mother in Florida, but they were with their father for five days. The boys were to return to their mother on Thursday.
