Because The Valley‘s Nia Sanchez Booko and Kristen Doute were both expecting babies at about the same time, they were able to support each other through insecurities about their changing bodies — and compare notes on which postpartum plastic surgery procedures they wanted to get done.Â
On The Valley After Show for Season 2, Episode 14, Nia, who was still pregnant at the time, confirmed that a “mommy makeover” was still very much on the table.
“Before having kids, I would’ve said if my boobs don’t look great after having kids, I’m gonna want a lift,” the mom, who gave birth to her fourth child, Adelaide, in June, shared. “So, that’s number one.”
Further explaining that her and husband Danny Booko’s 2-year-old twin daughters Zariah and Isabelle “tore up” and “stretched out” her abs, she revealed, “I’ll probably end up getting abs and boobs, even though I never thought I would do, like, that much surgery. But I just wanna feel good.” (Nia and Danny also have a 3-year-old son, Asher.)
Meanwhile, Kristen, who welcomed her first child, a daughter named Kaia, with fiancé Luke Broderick, also in June, said that she “totally” understood the sentiment of wanting a breast enhancement.

“Yeah, if mine don’t go back to normal, I want a reduction and a lift,” she added, prior to giving birth. “This is not working for me.”

Elsewhere in the above After Show clip, both women further explained their reasons for potentially going under the knife, postpartum. Â
“I just don’t feel good about my body,” Nia shared, adding that it had gotten to the point where she doesn’t “wanna see anything” when she’s “intimate” with Danny and insists on the lights being turned off. “Don’t even put a candle on.”

Nia’s candor “totally resonated” with Kristen, who chimed in that she also felt “gross” and asked Luke to not look at her while she was nude. Like her castmate and friend, she avoided mirrors, too.
“I’m only one in — not three pregnancies and four kids — and I already get it,” Kristen elaborated. “I know that it’s not “gross” because [the baby] is healthy and happy and has all the space she needs. … But I don’t feel like myself at all. So, I totally get the mirror thing and the intimacy thing.”
As Nia responded, “I feel like two things can be true. Like, you can be so grateful that you’re carrying a healthy baby, but you can also not love where your body’s at. And that’s OK.”
Agreeing, Kristen replied, “I didn’t even realize it was gonna change as much as it did. … I could give a laundry list of all the things that drive me nuts.”

During The Valley‘s July 15 episode, Nia took viewers inside her plastic surgery consultation, as she and Danny were, at the time, “at a crossroads” of whether to move ahead with a “mommy makeover” right away or expand their family with baby No. 4.
She also explained that, as a former Miss USA, people tend to judge her appearance, and even she didn’t “love” what she saw in the mirror.Â
“My number one focus would be my breasts,” she told her doctor. “They used to be beautiful and perky and great, and now I feel like they’re down to my belly button. … My next concern is kind of my stomach.”
Following her exam, the plastic surgeon informed her that her case was bordering on “extreme” and that “any form of surgery, with or without an implant, a [breast] lift would be required.”
In a confessional, she shared that the doctor had essentially confirmed her “insecurities,” before opening up more to Danny: “I really thought my boobs would bounce back,” she told him. “I try not even to look at myself in the mirror that often ’cause I know what they used to be my whole life and where they’re at now.”Â
