It was a giddy-up good time at the Booko residence.
Months after moving into their Santa Clarita home, The Valley’s Nia Sanchez Booko and Danny Booko hosted an over-the-top housewarming party for their closest friends. Nia shared several peeks at the festivities on social media Friday, revealing the shindig was cowboy-themed — a nod to Santa Clarita’s rich history with Western film.

“I didn’t have to lift a finger for this housewarming party to happen because [Beebizy] set everything up!” Nia wrote, referring to the event planning company.
The party was primarily held in the Bookos’ backyard, which offered breathtaking views of the canyon. The outdoor space was decorated with mini cacti, dry grass bundles, and a Laura Luxe Design photo backdrop with beige and brown balloons. Guests were also treated to a delicious-looking spread of snacks and custom hat designs by Los Angeles Cowgirl.

“My first cowgirl hat is the best one thanks to [Los Angeles Cowgirl],” Nia captioned a video in which she showed off her beige hat branded with a small heart.

The hat design perfectly complemented Nia’s party look. The former Miss USA stepped out in the aptly dubbed “Outlaw Romper” by MuMu. The all-white denim garment featured peak lapels, a tonal belt, and large cargo pockets on the shorts. Nia finished the look with white cowboy boots and braided pigtails. She credited her glam and hair to Abbey Claire and Andie Henry, respectively.
Danny also embraced the cowboy spirit by rocking a black button-up with gold-toned embroidery, a pair of black jeans, a black cowboy hat, and brown cowboy boots. As shown on Nia’s Instagram Stories, Danny also spent a portion of the night speaking in a Southern accent.
“Danny’s commitment to the theme was unparalleled,” another post read.

Attendees included Nia and Danny’s castmates Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute, Jesse Lally, Michelle Saniei, Jasmine Goode, and Zack Wickham. Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Schwartz was also at the roundup.
Nia Sanchez Booko gives an honest update on her family life
Hours before the event, Nia took to Instagram to share a quick update on her family life. Nia explained she had been relatively quiet on social media over the past week because she, Danny, and their kids caught some kind of bug.
“Trying to get back into the swing of things. Having a little house warming party today,” she said. “I feel like life has been punching me in the face a little bit. And not all bad, like some things have been really hard with, like, family stuff and baby stuff — just exhaustion and all the things. But then some good things. It’s just been busy and hard. But, you know, we are making it work, putting one foot in front of the other, and today is going to be a great day.”

Months after settling into her Santa Clarita home, Nia gave birth to her and Danny’s fourth child: a daughter named Adelaide. The couple also shares a son, Asher, and twins, Isabelle and Zariah — all of whom are under 4.
Nia spoke about her new chapter in an April interview with The Daily Dish, saying her pregnancy is what really motivated her and Danny to find a bigger home.
“So when we first found out we were pregnant, we did not have any initial plans to move,” she said. “We wanted to, but we didn’t have a house we loved or anything. We were like, ‘How is this gonna work? Are we going to fit three or four kids in one room?’ We live in a two-bedroom penthouse, but it’s just two bedrooms, with a little bonus space.
“We’re moving, so we will have more space, which is very exciting because we need it with all of our 17 children,” she joked.
