Funeral service for Anthony “Partner” Brown Otter, 38, will be held at 1:00 PM (CT), Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the McLaughlin School Gymnasium. Burial will be in the St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. A procession will leave the Mobridge Shopko parking lot at 6:00 PM (CT), Friday, November 14, 2025, all family and friends are invited and encouraged to take part. A prayer service will be held at the McLaughlin School Gymnasium at 7:30 PM (CT) with an all-night wake to follow. Anthony passed away, Saturday, November 1, 2025, in McLaughlin.Â
