Funeral services for Debra McDade, 72, of Rapid City will be at 11 AM, Saturday, October 28, 2023, at St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Wake services will be from 7-10 PM Friday at the Wakpala Community Center. Debra passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at the Minneapolis VA Hospital.
