Oklahoma Grandmother Arrested After Stepfather Impregnates 11-Year-Old – Crime Online

The grandmother of an 11-year-old Oklahoma girl who gave birth to her stepdad’s child has been arrested.

KJRH reported that on Friday, Michelle Justus, 53, was the third person to be arrested on six counts of neglect of a child charges.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, the victim gave birth at home on August 16 with no medical care. Her parents, Dustin Walker, 34, and Cherie Walker, 33, claimed they had no idea she was pregnant.

Justus previously said her daughter claimed the father was a 12-year-old boy and that the children just “got curious.”

The Walkers were initially charged with child neglect when they were arrested last week, but the charges were changed on Monday.

DNA tests confirmed that Dustin Walker was a 99.9 percent match for the baby’s father, according to what Assistant District Attorney Janet Hutson told 2 News.

Dustin Walker was then charged with child sexual abuse, and his wife was charged with enabling child sexual abuse

The couple is also facing six counts of child neglect for the 11-year-old girl and her five siblings, ages 2, 4, 6, 7, and 9. The children were found “living in deplorable conditions,” and have been removed from the home, according to court documents.

“This child is traumatized,” Hutson told KOTV. “She’s been through a horrific ordeal.”

“I mean, not only has somebody gotten her pregnant, but she gave birth at home without medical assistance, and this will be her life for the rest of her life.”
