Pregnant Postal Worker Missing Since 2018 – Crime Online

The search continues for an Illinois woman who vanished under suspicious circumstances in 2018.

Foul play is suspected in the disappearance of Kierra Coles, now 33, who was pregnant when she was seen walking away from her Chicago apartment in her work uniform, despite calling out of work that day.

In 2022, footage surfaced reportedly showing Coles withdrawing money from an ATM at a Walgreens store in Chatham. Authorities believe it is her last known sighting.

The video is believed to have been taken minutes after Coles was seen driving off with a man whom police have not identified but have called a person of interest. The man returned to Coles’ apartment the following day and left her car parked in front of her home. Coles’ phone, purse, and lunch were found inside the vehicle.

According to WFLD, the man was also seen entering Coles’ apartment building and leaving with unknown items. He eventually left the building in his personal car that was parked nearby.

The man allegedly provided conflicting accounts of what happened on the night in question. Despite this, no arrests have been made.

Coles was 26 and three months pregnant when she vanished. A motive in her disappearance remains a mystery.

Coles was described as standing 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 110 pounds, and having black hair and brown eyes. She has a heart tattoo on her right hand or wrist, and a tattoo that reads, “Lucky Libra” on her back.

As of September 2025, a $68,000 reward is being offered in this case. Anyone with information regarding Coles’ whereabouts should call Chicago police at 312-747-5789.
