Although Quad Webb and Dr. Simone Whitmore seemingly kissed and made up at the Season 11 reunion, their up-and-down friendship appears to be flatlining again in a new preview for Married to Medicine Season 12 (watch above).
What starts as a yelling match between the frenemies quickly erupts into tears, as the rest of the ladies try to make sense of the situation. Although Quad says she’s moved past Simone shading her about her house payments, Toya Bush-Harris calls Quad’s bluff.
Simone then accuses Quad of dragging her, when she’s interrupted by Quad chiding, “Don’t point your finger at me. Don’t point your finger at me. Get your life together. Don’t point your finger at me.”
“My life is already together,” Simone fired back. “If you hurt me, I’m coming back out, and I’m punching.”
According to Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, the drama “is like a hamster wheel. Like, this is like two hamsters going around in circles.” Meanwhile, new friend Brandi Milton likens the drama to the soap operas she used to watch as a child.
Quickly, though, the tone of the conversation shifts. “One point they’re yelling at each other, next point, they’re crying,” Toya notes in her confessional. “As soon as Quad started crying, Simone said, ‘Well, I can cry too, b—h.’”

The announcement for Married to Medicine Season 12 teases a “double dose of drama and shade,” and the dramatic trailer shows just that, including how Dr. Heavenly and her husband Dr. Damon Kimes are “left picking up the pieces” when a “family secret takes center stage.” During the trailer, Heavenly says to Damon, “If I had to learn about my son being arrested on social media, what else is out there?”
“The Married to Medicine ladies are back with some new friends and are working toward being better sisters,” notes the release. “Although apologies are still owed, can they get to the core of their issues and revive their friendships?”
Heavenly and Toya’s friendship looks to be tested, as the trailer shows Toya calling Heavenly a “f—kin’ liar,” and Heavenly firing back, “And you’re a damn fake-ass b—h.”
