Rachel Zoe is back in the dating scene and, apparently, having a blast.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom shared the love life update in a December 2025 interview with People magazine, just five months after she filed for divorce from Rodger Berman. And while she previously referred to her marital split as “brutal,” Rachel hasn’t let the relationship drama hinder her re-entry into the dating pool. In fact, she’s found the whole experience relatively easy.
“[I’m] absolutely dating,” she confirmed. “It’s incredibly fun. To be honest, that wasn’t hard for me to get into. It really wasn’t.”

It’s clear she’s been having a great time meeting potential suitors; however, Rachel suggested she wasn’t rushing to settle down again. She said she was thoroughly enjoying her “era” of “freedom,” and had certain requirements for would-be partners.
“Anyone who comes into my life or our lives is only going to be someone that adds value in terms of making me laugh, making me smile, and really just making sense,” she explained. “It’ll have to feel organic and natural to who I am now.”

Rachel Zoe and Rodger Berman split after 26 years of marriage
Rachel met Rodger in 1991 when they were both enrolled at George Washington University. The pair got married in 1998 and welcomed their first child, son Skyler Morrison, about 13 years later. Rachel and Rodger expanded their family with a second son, Kaius, who was born in late 2013.
“Being a stylist is a lot like being a parent,” she told the Los Angeles Times in April 2014. “You need to be patient. You need to step back and understand what’s being communicated — whether you’re dealing with a celebrity, a private client, or a child.”
Fast-forward to September 2024, when Rachel announced she and Rodger were separating after 26 years of marriage. She dropped the shocking news in an Instagram post, stating the split was a “mutual decision.”
“We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together,” she wrote. “Our number one priority has been and will always be our children. We are committed to co-parent our boys and continue to work together within the many businesses we share. We ask for privacy during this time as we navigate this new chapter.”

Rachel shared more insight into her divorce in the RHOBH Season 15 premiere, saying there were “a lot of” factors behind the split — some of which were business-related.

“In hindsight, if I had to say a great regret — greatest regret — would probably be working together,” she revealed in the December 4, 2025, episode. “Lines got crossed. The person that I was with my whole adult life was, in many ways, unrecognizable. Ultimately, that person didn’t feel right around me or around my kids.”

She made similar comments in her People magazine interview, insisting she had zero regrets about filing for divorce because she knew it was in her children’s best interest.
“I was really done. I don’t suffer from guilt of not having given it everything I could have,” she explained. “I started to feel like this may not be the most advantageous situation for our children. For me, for the last 14 years, literally every breath I take is for my kids. So every decision I make, every lens that I look through is through a lens of my children, of what are they going to think? What are they going to say? How will this affect them? I have never felt that people should live together and stay together unhappy.”
