The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer Rachel Zoe just dropped some major updates on estranged husband Rodger Berman’s relationship with his new girlfriend.
While on the cast trip to Italy, Rachel described waking up to a missed text message from her son Kaius during Season 15, Episode 13. In her words, their 12-year-old had informed her that Rodger “sat him down to talk about the girlfriend.” Though Rachel had plenty to say on the matter at the time, she still had much more to get off her chest on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show.
For starters, Rachel said that when she confronted Rodger about having that talk with Kaius while she was 6,000 miles away from home, he defended himself by saying that an online search confirmed that their year of dating was enough time for him to begin looping in their two sons.

“You’re Googling if it’s OK to tell your child about another girl?” Rachel vented. “Everything about that person is wrong and brings out the worst in him. It makes him not make good decisions.”
She continued, “Any good woman that he would be with would say, ‘You know what, your kids aren’t ready to see me yet. You shouldn’t have me around.’ She just showed up where she wasn’t invited.”
Rachel, of course, was referring to an incident she’d previously described on RHOBH, during which Rodger’s girlfriend unexpectedly “showed up at the airport” while they were putting sons Kaius and Skyler, 14, on a flight to summer camp. At the time, Rodger had only introduced the boys to the new woman in his life as “a friend,” she claimed.

That was more or less a moot point by then, however, as Rachel revealed during BravoCon 2025 weekend in mid-November, Rodger “broke up” with the unnamed woman.
She went on to spill that her ex had quickly moved on, however, and even recently showed up in Aspen “with another girl” while she was also in town.

“He’s like, ‘I’m single as ever,'” Rachel recalled. “I was like, ‘You’re confused. Being single doesn’t mean going to Aspen with somebody for a week that you met three weeks ago.’ I was like, ‘Be alone for a week, for a month.'”

Elsewhere on the RHOBH After Show, Rachel also updated viewers on the fact that “a lot has changed” between her and Rodger in recent months. “I’m in a better place with my ex, just as humans,” she shared, before detailing how Rodger spent part of Thanksgiving 2025 with her and her “whole family” in Miami.
It just so happened that Rodger was also in South Florida with a guy friend at the time. So, on Thanksgiving Day, which was less than two weeks after his breakup, Rachel eventually extended an invitation to Rodger to stop by “for dessert or a drink,” at her mother’s suggestion.
Joking that it was “too soon” to invite him for the whole holiday meal, she added, “He came at 9:30 and walked me out at 12:30. And so, everyone was normal to him except my dad. … My dad just wasn’t ready. They were besties.”
What’s more, Rachel said that Rodger “recently apologized” for talking to Kaius about his girlfriend while she was out of the country, after she admittedly “annihilated him” from Italy.
“It doesn’t erase anything,” Rachel cautioned, before adding, “I think he’s doing some self-reflecting, whatever.”
Clocking that castmates Dorit Kemsley and Bozoma Saint John seemed to be giving her ex too much credit, however, Rachel responded, “Listen, let’s not get crazy. He was in Aspen with another girl, while I was there.”
