The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Rachel Zoe just shared an update about where things stand regarding her divorce from Rodger Berman. According to what she said in the Feb. 12 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the parents of two have yet to make things official.
When asked by Andy Cohen whether the divorce had been finalized, she said, “No, but it will be soon,” before agreeing that things between the couple are amicable for the sake of their two sons, 14-year-old Skyler Morrison Berman and 12-year-old Kaius Jagger “Kai” Berman. “Ultimately, we want what’s best for the kids.”
In addition to the update, the famed fashion designer and RHOBH newcomer said she “doubt[ed]” Rodger — who has not appeared on the series — is watching Season 15, which continues to look inside Rachel’s decision to file for divorce after 26 years of marriage.
Rachel admitted that Rodger “said a few things” about episodes as they aired, admitting “he’s not thrilled” with what he’s heard. But, in her defense, she is only staying true to herself.
“Look, anything that I say is really how I felt in the moment, and things were happening in real time this summer,” she told Andy. “There’s a lot I don’t share, you know?”

Fans of Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project were well-acquainted with Rodger when they started their family during the show’s five-season run. Earlier, on this season of RHOBH, she referred to themselves as “The Notebook couple,” admitting they waited 18 years before deciding to welcome children into the world.

Fast forward to September 2024, when Rachel confirmed they’d decided to go their separate ways.
“After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I have come to the mutual decision to end our marriage,” Rachel stated on Instagram. “We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together. Our number one priority has been and will always be our children. We are committed to co-parent[ing] our boys and continue to work together within the many businesses we share. We ask for privacy during this time as we navigate this new chapter.”

On the Dec. 4 episode of RHOBH, Rachel admitted there were “a lot of reasons that [their] relationship was strained,” citing her “greatest regret” as working together as a couple. Ultimately, “lines got crossed,” she told producers.

“The person that I was with my whole adult life was, in many ways, unrecognizable,” she tearfully said. “Ultimately, that person didn’t feel right around me or around my kids.”

As Rachel’s “Hot Girl Summer” rages on during RHOBH Season 15, the single mom is “absolutely dating,” she told People in an interview published on Dec. 31, 2025.
So far, she has not gone public with a new suitor, but said it was “incredibly fun” to re-enter the dating pool.
“To be honest, that wasn’t hard for me to get into,” she confessed. “It really wasn’t … Anyone who comes into my life and our lives is only going to be someone that adds value in terms of making me laugh, making me smile, and really just making sense. It’ll have to feel organic and natural to who I am now.”
