Real Housewives of Rhode Island Trailer, Cast Details (VIDEO)

According to the cast of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, Rhode Island is “small.” But, according to the first look at the new season, the drama and personalities are very big.

The trailer, which was debuted on November 16 at BravoCon 2025, teases all of the major friendship and relationship drama to come between the close-knit group of girlfriends, with “deep roots” and ties to each other’s families. “In Rhode Island, everyone knows everyone,” one cast member stated in the trailer.

“It’s teeny,” another said. “It’s a blip. But to us, it’s the center of the universe.”

“You may not know Rhode Island, but here, secrets don’t stay buried for very long,” another cast member added.

According to an official announcement, the group is made up of “fresh, charismatic group of women whose lives intertwine across the storied coastline of New England luxury.”

What to expect on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island Season 1

The teaser shares more details on the women. Alicia, a self-proclaimed “flip-flopper,” can be seen cursing one cast member out on the beach, before giving out a hug. 

There’s also Liz, who according to one cast member, is “the dominant figure head” who is friends with Dolores. 

Dolores can be seen making a brief appearance in the trailer, looking so much like her close friend. According to the announcement, “Rhode Island captured Dolores’s heart years ago, and she’s longed to return ever since. With her dear friend Liz McGraw living there – and a shared business project on the horizon – a sun-soaked, beach-filled summer is a natural fit for this Jersey girl.”

Rosie is “not afraid to call people out,” according to one cast member. As the announcement notes, Rosie is “a former local television news anchor” who “now shines as the host of her own lifestyle program and as a sought-after DJ.”

Meanwhile, mom-of-three Jo-Ellen is the Housewife who has the scoop. “If I’m trying to find out s—t, I’m calling Jo-Ellen,” one cast member declares in the trailer. “She knows everything.”

Rulla “projects confidence and beauty,” one cast member declared in the trailer. “She’s a boss.” 

As the announcement explains, “Rulla helms a financial empire as a Certified Financial Planner and Wealth Manager to some of the East Coast’s most distinguished families.”

Former Miss Rhode Island Kelsey “keeps a full plate as one of the state’s top makeup artists.” As noted by one of her castmates in the trailer, “She’s beautiful, she’s smart.”

Ashley is “new” to the friend group after meeting her husband, Jared Haibon, a Rhode Island native, on reality TV. In the trailer, Ashley can be seen visiting Jared at their South Kingstown business, Audrey’s Coffee House & Lounge, talking about the friend group with tears in her eyes.

“This is not the kind of people that I’m usually around,” she declared in a confessional.

The RHORI logo was also unveiled at BravoCon 2025. The logo perfectly captures the seaside nature of Rhode Island, with a light house guiding viewers toward the drama ahead.

Andy Cohen teases The Real Housewives of Rhode Island Season 1

Real Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen spoke with Page Six in May, where he confirmed that the cast brings their A-game to the show. “The cast is incredible,” he said, noting that they have “deep families.”

“They’re very Italian,” he continued. “Rhode Island is such a small state, and they all kind of know each other and overlap, and it’s an incredible group of women who have really interesting connections. I think it’s really going to surprise people.”
