Brace for impact, because the explosive The Real Housewives of Miami Season 7 reunion trailer just previewed a huge bombshell that is sure to produce some major fallout.
The above sneak peek shows host Andy Cohen revisiting the season’s biggest ups and downs with cast members Alexia Nepola, Guerdy Abraira, Julia Lemigova, Larsa Pippen, Lisa Hochstein, and Stephanie Shojaee, along with friends Adriana de Moura, Kiki Barth, and Marysol Patton.
The ladies waste no time diving right into the drama, as the above RHOM reunion first look kicks off with snippets from several heated confrontations involving Guerdy, Alexia, and Larsa. “We have a spy in this room!” Adriana eventually declares, prompting Marysol to fire back, “Prove it, or we’re going to court.”
That’s when Adriana approaches the adjacent sofa with a “gift.” Instead of giving the present to Marysol, though, she hands a mysterious wooden box to Julia. The women, meanwhile, clamor to see the box’s contents, while Andy jokes about the letter Adriana penned from the POV of Marysol’s liver in an unforgettable Season 5 reunion moment.

“Don’t put that s–t at my feet!” Marysol shouts, before nudging the item away with one of her Givenchy heels.
That wasn’t the only shocking moment to come between Julia and Adriana, though. Later, as the former besties are engaging in another clash, Julia begins her reveal by stating, “Andy, what you don’t know but Adriana does…”
You’ll have to tune in to find out how Julia completes that sentence, but it promises to be a shocker, as her statement results in the cast’s jaws dropping and Kiki exclaiming, “This is crazy!” while Adriana responds by repeating the word “bulls–t” and apparently walking off the set. Even Andy chimes in to admit, “I didn’t see that coming.”
Alexia Nepola reveals the status of her marriage at the RHOM reunion
Elsewhere in the RHOM reunion trailer, Alexia confirms that her divorce from Todd Nepola is finalized, prompting a pleased Marysol to make a prayer hands gesture. Stephanie, for her part, adds, “Todd’s cheesy. He sucks.”
Andy also brings up another accusation Stephanie made about Marysol and Alexis being “twins” during their face-off on the Seville, Spain, cast trip, before introducing a game. “We’re gonna see if you answer the same,” he says, before giving the “bros” his prompt: “Kiki’s dad: hot or not?”
“Hot!” Alexia and Marysol reply in unison.

Stephanie still has some things to get off her chest about her private jet drama with Alexia and Marysol, though, claiming, “It’s when you tell someone that doesn’t have a plane that you’re so happy about your plane that they’re like, ‘She’s a brat!'”
Later, amid more lighthearted moments, such as her exhibiting some questionable Spanish-language skills and reacting to Kiki’s decision to “go celibate,” Lisa also revisited her much-more-serious friendship fallout with Larsa.Â
“There’s a group of people that have a certain idea of Larsa,” Lisa hints to Andy. “Ask anybody. Like ChatGPT, for example.”
Julia, meanwhile, addresses her beef with Guerdy from the first half of RHOM Season 7, asking, “What can I do to beg you for forgiveness?”
Guerdy’s reply? “Actions speak volume.”
Finally, after an emotional Adriana discusses her issues with aging, Marysol makes clear that she hasn’t forgotten an insult she made about her during the season. “I’m literally gonna have surgery on my knees now because you made me feel so bad about them,” Marysol contends.
