Riley Burruss secured multiple wins over the past 12 months, and she did it with her loved ones by her side. Just a couple of days into the new year, the Next Gen NYC cast member posted an extensive recap of 2025, including rare — but very sweet — updates on her life with her mystery boyfriend and stepsister, Kaela Tucker.
“Rileys 2025 wrapped,” she captioned the 17-slide Instagram carousel.
Photo No. 5 showed Riley sporting a big smile while her beau stood closely behind her with a fun-loving expression. The Real Housewives of Atlanta daughter didn’t share any details about the snap, but it was more than clear she was smitten.

Riley teased the romance back in July, when she posted a photo of her new man kissing her on the cheek. The New York University alum confirmed the romance several days later during her guest appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen alongside her mom, RHOA alum Kandi Burruss. Riley said she was a bit hesitant to reveal her boyfriend’s identity, but acknowledged that it may be difficult considering she’s in the public eye.

“I think everyone knows I like to keep my life private, but now, you know —”
“You’re on a reality TV show,” host Andy Cohen interjected.
“I still try to keep my love life, you know, close to my heart,” Riley explained, before Andy reminded her that she posted the headline-grabbing photo.
“I didn’t know people would care,” Riley said with a laugh.
Although Riley was seemingly surprised by all the attention her “soft launch” had received, Kandi was amused by the whole situation.
“This is the first time this has happened to her,” Kandi said. “So I sent it to our family group chat. I said ‘Riley, you made it! The blogs picked up your boyfriend!'”

Elsewhere in her 2025 recap, Riley shared a peek at her dynamic with Kaela — daughter of Kandi’s now-estranged husband, Todd Tucker. Slide No. 4 showed the stepsisters smiling ear to ear at Shanghai Disneyland. The duo visited the amusement park back in June along with Kandi, Todd, and their younger siblings, 9-year-old brother Ace Tucker and 6-year-old sister Blaze Tucker.

Riley shared more insight into her blended family at BravoCon 2025, confirming she had met her new boyfriend through her stepsister, Kaela.
“How did I find [him]? You know, I met him through my sister,” she said during the November 16 Thank U, Next Gen panel.
Riley said she had been dating her mystery boyfriend for several months, but he preferred to stay out of the limelight.
“I mean, I know a lot of people’s boyfriends love the screen time,” she said elsewhere during the panel. “Mine actually likes me to be the main character. So, he lets me shine my light… He may make an appearance. You’ll have to tune in. He’s amazing.”
