Million Dollar Listing New York’s Ryan Serhant continues to expand his real estate empire, and there’s a good chance fans will recognize one of the newest additions to the team. Tyler Cameron of The Bachelorette has taken his skills in real estate investments and renovations and applied them toward his role as an agent at SERHANT, Ryan’s real estate firm.
The Florida-born reality star said it was a natural step to move into brokerage, with Ryan referring to him as “a real estate strategist and entrepreneur,” to People. Cameron will work his magic from SERHANT’s Jupiter-based agency, which opened last year.

On Tuesday, July 22, Ryan welcomed Tyler in a gushing Instagram post. He touched on the Floridian’s “deep passion for home, construction, and community,” as well as his skills in renovating local properties in the Sunshine State with “purpose and heart.”
Cameron already has a strong base to stand on, as noted by Ryan. The new agent founded the Florida-based Image 1 Construction, as featured on Going Home with Tyler Cameron. “As a licensed agent, he’s combining hands-on experience with a lifelong connection to Jupiter and Hobe Sound, offering a fresh, authentic perspective to buyers, sellers, and investors,” Ryan stated.
Together, the businessmen hoped to “build something big.”

On Instagram, The Bachelorette Season 15 runner-up said SERHANT aligned with his vision for success. “The energy, drive, and support, especially from Ryan Serhant himself as a leader, creates the kind of environment I want to grow in,” Tyler said in an Instagram post.
He credited Ryan for planting the seed of possibility one day over breakfast after telling the budding agent he would “crush it” in the real estate industry, Cameron told People. It made sense since Tyler’s friends regularly sought his advice on buying properties for themselves.
“I just think there’s no a better leader,” Tyler continued. “There’s no one making a bigger splash in real estate than Ryan Serhant.”
Tyler has also expressed his enthusiasm on the comments on Instagram, writing, “Excited to get rolling with this team!”
Ryan, who has successfully balanced his billion-dollar business since viewers first met him on MDLNY in 2012, said Tyler’s fame from his The Bachelorette days would only enhance his portfolio. “When you are an agent and you’re helping people buy and sell homes, people aren’t coming to you to buy a home,” Serhant told People. “They’re coming to you to buy a home from you. So, your ability to build a platform and brand awareness goes a long, long way in our business.”

Ryan and Tyler’s paths crossing in the real-estate world might not be so surprising, but Tyler and Andy Cohen’s friendship has a lot of history, and Tyler has appeared regularly over the years on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Cameron even once jokingly asked the Bravo legend to be his Valentine.
Ryan told people that his relationship with Tyler also goes way back. “I’ve known Tyler a long time,” Serhant told People. “Deep down, he’s a great guy. He is a good person, he’s an incredibly hard worker, and he understands our business. He’s been doing flips, he’s been doing investments, he’s got a great reputation. And he’s in a market that we are very, very active in. And I think he’ll be a great addition to our army.”
Ryan hasn’t rested on his laurels since MDLNY, either. He reportedly just sold Andy Cohen’s West Village duplex in New York City and proved he was one of “The Real Dads of the Hamptons” with the WWHL host.
