On Tuesday, Florida authorities searched abandoned hotels for a 10-year-old girl who has been missing since June.
WESH reported that Osceola County police searched the Orlando Sun Resort, where Gabrielle Terrelonge and her family frequented. Terrelonge was last seen getting off a Greyhound bus in Orlando with her mother, Passha Davis, 34, who was arrested on November 4 for child neglect.
Davis is allegedly uncooperative and is not revealing her daughter’s whereabouts. The child’s father reported the girl missing on October 29. He is cooperating with the ongoing investigation and has taken a polygraph test, according to WESH.
Terrelonge and her mother were reportedly homeless. A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to Terrelonge.
Terrelonge was described as standing 4 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, and having dark hair. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black long pants, and white Crocs.
Davis remains jailed on $100,000 bond.
The FBI is involved in the ongoing search for Terrelonge — who is considered at-risk.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI or the Margate Police Department at 954-972-7111.
