Garcelle Beauvais has never missed a chance to make a statement with her fashion and beauty choices. And, that was never more the case than when she’s worn blue hair.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum debuted a shorter cut with the edgy color choice back in July 2020 when she posted a selfie in which she’s rocking her hair cut in a lob, complete with dark blue streaks. “Tangled up in blue,” she captioned the photo.
But, it’s not the only time she’s opted for a shade of blue. She showed off a powder blue hair transformation back in RHOBH Season 11 (which was featured in one of her confessionals), and we’re still not over how the color with totally glam and unexpected at the same time thanks to the addition of an ombre effect. Back in 2021, on Instagram, Garcelle called the hair color paired with a sequined dress of the same shimmering shade to one of “my favorite looks of the season so far.”
Her stylist shed more light on the funky and fashionable hair color transformation. “Check out thee appeal on this blue steel! I have been having a blast styling hair on the gorgeous Garcelle Beauvais for [The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills],” stylist Robear Landeros wrote.

Garcelle Beauvais reflects on RHOBH glam
Several years before her exit from RHOBH, in an interview with New Beauty in 2022, she opened up about getting glam for the show.
“Listen, although the show is about drama, beauty and glamour and fashion rank even higher than that. I don’t think we get enough credit for the work that we put in to make it as glamorous as we do,” she said at the time. “Prepping involves lots of water, working out, hiring the best teams.”

Back in 2020, when speaking to Glamour, Garcelle revealed one of the main aspects of her beauty routine.

“Moisturizing, for me, is really a big deal because I have eczema. Keeping my skin soft is important because it tends to be dry; plus, it’s a great way for me to relax,” she said at the time. “If my moisturizer has lavender in it, even better. I just discovered a product I’m obsessed with: Ultra Repair Cream. I saw it on the Today show; they were talking about how it’s great for people with eczema, so I immediately ordered it. If I could put it on my entire body, I would. I feel like there’s a difference.”
And, Garcelle has often proved that she also knows the perfect combo of style and beauty when it comes to walking a red carpet.
