See How Lindsay Hubbard Is Navigating Being a Single Mom Today

Summer House’s Lindsay Hubbard is sharing a new look into her busy life as she navigates motherhood in the big city with her baby daughter, Gemma Britt Kufe. The single mom posted a recent Instagram photo of herself out and about in New York City, which shared new insight into what their life looks like now.

The photo showed Lindsay as she pushed Gemma in a stroller, with the 10-month-old baby’s foot featured in the picture. The influencer and public relations expert  captioned the snapshot, “Mamacita.”

It’s just the latest of Lindsay’s many adventures as of late, after she wrote in a September post featuring a sizable photo drop, “I swear I leave my house sometimes.”

Since then, Lindsay and her daughter, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Turner Kufe, continue to make the most out of the indoors as well in their gorgeous NYC apartment, where they moved in May of this year.

In recent weeks, Lindsay has continually shared updates on what life is like at home, from Gemma roaming the halls with an activity walker to play dates in a shirt that proudly states, “Raised by Lindsay Hubbard,” as so gifted by her “aunt” Gabby Prescod.

Lindsay’s daughter has also been keeping busy with playtime in a ball pit, as well as “Gemma-approved” photo shoots with her mom. On Aug. 22, Lindsay and The Real Housewives of New York City’s Erin Lichy arranged a playdate for Gemma and Erin’s son, Jack Hunter Lichy.

Over the Instagram video, Lindsay wrote, “The summer Gemma found her future husband.” In the caption, she wrote, “We can’t wait to be mother-in-laws.”

Lindsay Hubbard shares a coparenting update with ex, Turner Kufe

In August, Lindsay shared an update during an appearance on the Balancing Act podcast, hosted by The Valley’s Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick, about where she stood with Turner and their ongoing coparenting path. Lindsay said she had learned to “compartmentalize a lot of feelings,” separating emotions from doing what was best for their daughter.  All in all, the exes remained “really good friends” and “great co-parents.”

“[Turner is] a phenomenal father, very present, active, involved, obsessed as much as me. And we do communicate very well,” Lindsay said. “Do we have disagreements? Yes, we do. Are we different in our lifestyles? Yes, we are. But it is something that we have figured out.”

The estranged couple, for example, couldn’t get on the same page regarding how much exposure the baby would get via social media, which boiled down to the adults’ opposing lifestyles.

“Dad’s private, mom’s public, what does that make baby?” Lindsay continued in the podcast episode. “And it’s been a very long journey, a lot of conversations. But to me, I have to pick and choose my battles in life. And it’s just not one that I feel like fighting him on.”
