Jennifer Tilly is opening up about the epic hand-beaded Balmain dress she rocked for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15 reunion. The RHOBH Season 15 friend wore a custom gown for the cast sit-down with Andy Cohen, literally designed for her with her face on it.
The actress spoke with The Daily Dish backstage at the RHOBH Season 15 reunion in Los Angeles on March 13, where she shared more details on her look as she sipped on a glass of rosé. “My reunion look today, I’m wearing a beautiful Balmain dress made specifically for me, and it has my face on the front of it in beads,” she explained.
“In millions and millions of beads,” she clarified. “The dress weighs about 30 pounds.”
Although the RHOBH diamond holders and friends were sitting down at the reunion, Jennifer admitted that sitting wasn’t the easiest in the gown. “I can’t really sit in it, but it looks good standing up,” she added. “The vibe is going to be incredibly uncomfortable.”

Jennifer continued, explaining backstage that she wanted her makeup, which was done by Rob Rumsey, to reflect the dress. And she wanted her hair, done by Johnny Stuntz, to have an even bigger impact. “Rob did my makeup to look like the front of the dress so I match,” she noted. “And then I’m having big, 1970’s hair. So I’d say the vibe is like chic fashionista.”
She paired all of this with a ring and bracelet by Bulgari, in addition to multiple art deco bracelets. For her shoes, she opted for a pair of heels designed by Giuseppe Zanotti.

Jennifer previously took to Instagram on Feb. 6, 2025, where she documented the trying-on process of the gown. In the photo, the Liar Liar actress can be seen replicating the expression that she wore on the gown. “Trying on my new dress from [Balmain] that has my face on it!” she wrote in the caption of the post.

When it came time for her first-ever reunion look, which she wore to the RHOBH Season 14 reunion, the actress wore a bright gold cap-sleeve draped dress designed by Michael Schmidt Studios. She paired it with a pair of gold sparkly heels from the same designer. She also wore a number of vintage jewelry pieces, including a dolphin brooch in her hair. Backstage at the reunion, Jennifer said that she was creating a “golden goddess” look, which means that she “basically emptied out [her] jewelry box” putting it together.
