The Real Housewives of Miami‘s latest shady party game ended with Lisa Hochstein in tears — and ranting about her castmates in an explosive hot mic moment.
During Alexia Nepola’s Greek goddess/narcissist-themed party in Season 7, Episode 6, a self-help expert facilitated a “red flag” exercise that really upped the ante on Marysol Patton’s “Who Do You Trust the Least?” game from RHOM Season 4.
The gist: The host read a statement and, one by one, the women put their individual red flags in a vase marked with the name of the person whom they felt most embodied that specific trait. The goal was to help the women understand how others might view them.
Round after round, Lisa overwhelmingly racked up the most flags in categories such as “constantly talking about themselves,” “quick to take offense,” “lack of accountability,” and “playing the victim” from the group, which also included Guerdy Abraira, Julia Lemigova, Larsa Pippen, Stephanie Shojaee, Kiki Barth, and Adriana de Moura.

After growing increasingly emotional throughout the game (more on that below), Lisa later excused herself to the bathroom. Behind closed doors, she could be heard crying, before Adriana went to console her.
“I f–king hate these people,” she vented to Adriana, off camera. “I don’t even really enjoy hanging out with this group.”
Lisa also specifically called out Larsa, whom she said had “no f–king clue” and wanted her to leave her and boyfriend Jody Glidden “the f–k alone.”

Leading up to that hot mic moment, Lisa was already growing increasingly frustrated by her “whack” fellow cast members labeling her as a “narcissist” and accused them all of being just as, if not more, guilty. Â
“This was supposed to be a goddess party,” she noted in a confessional. “I expected fun. I expected to be treated like a goddess. This isn’t a goddess party. It’s a witch hunt. And I am not a witch.”
After declaring that maybe she’s discussing her problems with “the wrong people,” she insisted that she’s not “playing the victim” and further sparred with Larsa.

“Larsa can totally bash you one by one, but I’m being called a narcissist because I talk about myself too much?” she asked of the women. “I thought we were here to talk about our problems as friends.”Â
Eventually, Adriana stepped in and noted that the group activity was “feeling like a gang-up” and chastised the ladies for lacking “empathy” on the hells of Lisa’s father recently dying.
“I’m leaving this bulls–t, stupid party,” she announced, before retreating indoors. “Oh, let’s make Lisa the punching bag all the f–king time. Bulls–t. F–k.”

At the end of the party, Guerdy attempted to “moderate” a conversation between Lisa and Larsa, who were still apparently beefing about Jody’s friendship with Marcus Jordan, among other things. However, they decided to table the chat for later when they didn’t have a group of people interjecting.
Two days later, Lisa and Larsa met for lunch and agreed that they never should have let their “crazy issues” fester as long as they had, considering they were once “best friends.” However, their chat quickly went left when Lisa made an allegation involving a paparazzi photo of Marcus, and they both accused each other of not being a good friend.
Larsa, for her part, cited the red flag game as evidence that she was the one in the right, to which Lisa fired back, “That was a complete dogpile.”
As Larsa responded, “OK, everyone is against you. All the girls in our group. This is the truth. Why do you have a hard time dealing with the truth?”
That’s when Lisa took an intermission away from the table to tearfully call Alexia for support. Upon returning, the two were able to finally make some progress, though, both apologizing for not always supporting the other and hugging it out in the end.
“I know deep down we have love for each other,” Lisa admitted in a confessional, adding she would “give anything” to have their close friendship back. “I don’t wanna be fighting with her.”
Larsa, for her part, said in a separate producer interview, “I do miss hanging out with Lisa. We used to laugh about the silliest things together. You know, I don’t want to be in the same room with Lisa where I’m feeling something in the pit of my stomach, instead of being super excited to see her like I used to be.”
