She’s the ultimate entrepreneur, starting everything from a jewelry brand to a caviar line, and now The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Meredith Marks is taking it to the next level by combining two of her greatest loves at her Park City boutique.
“I am excited for fans to see…my planning of my new caviar lounge. We’re about to finally start construction,” Meredith revealed in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish. “It took a lot of work to get to where we are now, and we have a lot of work ahead of us. I’m really, really excited about that.”
We got a glimpse of Meredith in the beginning stages of the planning during Season 6, Episode 4, as she laid out her vision to her husband, Seth Marks, and her 22-year-old daughter, Chloe Marks, while in her boutique.
“Here’s what I’m thinking. The front part of this side I think should be like this super tiny, chic little jewelry store that people walk into, and they go through the back, into this speakeasy caviar lounge,” Meredith explained. She also shared her plans with Angie Katsanevas, who replied, “That’s going to do so well, Meredith. Good for you.”
Although he wasn’t shown in the Oct. 7 episode, Meredith also gets help running her business from her youngest son, Next Gen NYC’s Brooks Marks, who serves as the creative director for her company.
The renovations make perfect sense for the mother-of-three, who’s building what she calls a “lifestyle brand” that sells not only her namesake jewelry line, but jackets, bags and accessories—and coming soon, bath products. Meredith just gave an update on her new line to The Daily Dish, teasing it’ll be “coming out in a couple months” after she announced it back in February 2024.
Meredith Marks headlines new DJ tour
Meredith paid homage to another of her new career ventures in her Season 6 tagline when she announced, “While you drop lies, I’m dropping beats.”
She just began headlining the 10-city Naughty & Ice Tour on Oct. 2 in West Hollywood, California, which she told The Daily Dish she expected to be “a lot of fun.” Meredith shared more on the tour dates and tickets in an Instagram post, writing, “This is beyond surreal. Feeling beyond grateful and can’t wait to see you all on the dance floor…I promise my dancing is less stiff in person.”

It comes after she made her DJ debut during the All Out Music Festival in Pittsburgh on May 30, and even performed a set during WeHo Pride. She followed it up with a DJ set during New York City Pride, and posted pics and videos in her shimmering gold ensemble and strappy heels on her Instagram.
“Happy Pride NYC! Truly grateful to have DJ’d in Times Square for NYC Pride. You are the reason I do what I do — and I’m pretty sure we made history with the first caviar bumps in Times Square,” she captioned the post.
Meredith Marks reveals plans to launch a party game
In addition to caviar, jewelry shops and DJ sets, Meredith has “a lot of other exciting stuff kind of in the works,” she told The Daily Dish. One of those ventures is inspired by none other than “the rumors [and] the nastiness” she made famous during RHOSLC Season 4.
“I just released a game called Rumors and Nastiness. It’s on preorder right now,” she shared. “It’s basically a card game with prompts and, you know, is it a rumor or a nasty truth? [That] is kind of the concept of it.”

All of her many business ideas are also part of Meredith’s background as a lawyer.
“I just like to create. I like to build. I like to grow things,” she told Forbes in 2022. “At the end of everything, it boils down to network and marketing… I have a very business-oriented background. I went to Law School and Business School at Northwestern [University], so I do understand that side of it. A lot of people don’t function in both worlds. So, I am able to crossover that. Even if I’m not the one running everything on the backside, I understand exactly what’s going on and no one is taking advantage of me.”
