There have been 16 total chief stews who have worked across the five Below Deck franchises. And, as viewers have seen over the years, these chief stews work hard. They have served so many charter guests and delivered to their specific needs and requests, while managing some hard-working and slightly rowdy stews. All while also navigating interpersonal dynamics with the other yachties.
Daisy Kelliher is the most recent chief stew to work on Below Deck Down Under Season 4, which is currently airing on Bravo. But, she is one of the many chief stews who have spent time on a Below Deck franchise charter season.Â
Read on to learn more about every single Below Deck chief steward and chief stewardess who have worked across the five Below Deck franchises on Bravo.
Meet the Below Deck Down Under chief stews
There have been three chief stews on Below Deck Down Under in total, including Daisy. Learn more about them.
Daisy KelliherÂ
Daisy had previously served as the chief stew on Below Deck Sailing Yacht Seasons 2 through 5 and was nervous to make the transition to join Captain Jason Chambers and his crew. “I was really nervous coming on to Down Under. I got quite comfortable, maybe even complacent, on Sailing, and coming onto Down Under felt like doing my first season all over again,” she explained to Miami Living in January. “I was nervous about the boat, the size of it, and what condition it was going to be in.”

“I was nervous about the crew, and I think I was mainly worried that maybe I just wasn’t cut out to be a chief stew anymore,” she continued. “So I felt a lot of pressure going into this season. I think ultimately it was good pressure, and I felt I had something to prove — to Jason, the audience, and mainly myself.”
Aesha Scott on BDDUÂ
Aesha Scott first honed her skills as a chief stew during Below Deck Down Under Seasons 1 and 2. Aesha had previously served as a stew on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4, before getting promoted to chief stew in Below Deck Down Under Season 1. After two seasons on Below Deck Down Under, Aesha brought her skills as a chief stew to Below Deck Med in Season 9 (more on that down below).
Lara Rigby
Lara had a rough first charter as the Season 3 chief stew, as she had communication problems with the rest of the crew and had trouble dealing with the high demands of the charter guests. Although Lara clashed with Captain Jason throughout the season, they later became friends — and Lara is still working in yachting.

Hannah Ferrier
Hannah Ferrier served as the chief stew on Below Deck Med Seasons 1 through 5, before leaving mid-charter season during Season 5. Hannah and Sandy have since repaired their friendship, and Hannah has still remained close to some of her Below Deck Med crew members to this day.
Hannah appeared at BravoCon 2025 where she admitted that she would like to become a charter guest. “If you gave me a new chief stew to play with, and I could come in and poke them, I’d be able to have a lot of fun with it. Because we see a lot of things that regular guests don’t see,” she explained.
Christine “Bugsy” Drake
Hannah’s second stew in Below Deck Med Season 5, Christine “Bugsy” Drake, then took over as chief stew that season after Hannah left the yacht. Bugsy is still working in yachting today and takes pride in her tablescapes, which she is still creating.
Katie Flood
Katie Flood joined the crew of Below Deck Med Season 6 as a chief stew. The New Zealand native brought over six years of experience in yachting to the job. Since then, she has quit working on yachts and moved to Dubai in 2024.
Natasha Webb
Natasha “Tasha” Webb served as the chief stew in Below Deck Med Season 7. The Yorkshire native brought 10 years of experience to her role, as well as a love of entertaining. She got engaged in January to her fiancé, Daniel Barrett.
Tumi Mhlongo
Tumi Mhlongo joined the crew as the Below Deck Med Season 8 chief stew during Episode 3. Natalya Scudder served as the temporary chief stew for the first two episodes of the season, as Tumi was dealing with visa issues. This was hard on Natalya, but Tumi was ready to take over the role and earned the honor of being called an “excellent” chief stew by Captain Sandy in the finale.
Aesha Scott
Aesha is the most current chief stew to work on Below Deck Med, serving as the chief stew on Seasons 9 and 10. Aesha and Captain Sandy are incredibly close, with Captain Sandy (among other Below Deck crew members) attending her upcoming wedding to Scott Dobson in March.
