2025 marked Shannon’s second holiday season as an empty-nester. Her firstborn, Sophie, relocated to New York City in 2024 after graduating from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
Twins Adeline and Stella are now juniors in college. The former is also in the Big Apple, attending Parsons School of Design, while the latter has spent the past couple of years living in Paris as part of the University of Southern California’s transfer program.

Shannon — who shares her daughters with her ex-husband, David Beador — gave a family update in an August interview with The Daily Dish, reiterating just how proud she was of her three girls.
“It’s so much fun to come to New York because two of the three live here,” Shannon said at the time. “Sophie just hit her one-year mark at her new job, and Adeline is going to be a junior at Parsons (School of Design) next year. So, you know, they’re both living their best life here in New York.”
Shannon also revealed that Stella had no immediate plans to return to the U.S., as she decided to finish her undergrad in France.
“Stella is doing her four years in Paris,” Shannon continued. “She just got a job, like, giving tours of some sort to tourists in Paris, which would be great for her… They’re all having a ball, and I love to go and visit all three.”
