Although she’s a self-proclaimed “relationship girl,” Shannon Storms Beador insists she’s quite happy being single.
The mother of three dished on her romantic life in a recent interview with Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea, where she addressed a couple of unexpected cameos in The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19.
Episode 3 (July 24) saw Shannon come together with Adam Rubin and Phillip Westbrooks, two of the men she met on the dating reality series Bravo’s Love Hotel. The former joined Shannon for a night of bowling, while the latter accompanied her to Heather Dubrow’s birthday bash. Naturally, the reunions immediately sparked romance speculation; however, Shannon maintained that her relationships with Adam and Phillip were strictly platonic.
Does Shannon Storms Beador still speak to the men of Bravo’s Love Hotel?
“Let’s make it clear: They are only friends,” she told the podcast hosts. “I eliminated Adam (on Bravo’s Love Hotel), but we are good friends. He and Phil live in California, so I see them often.”

Shannon also confirmed she was in contact with Bravo’s Love Hotel bachelors Mark O’Brien, Jay Bramble, and Ralph Mastrangelo.
“I’m friends with all of them and that’s how it’s going to remain,” she said.
Shannon Storms Beador reflects on her split from Earl: “It hurt”
Shannon filmed Bravo’s Love Hotel more than a year after she and John Janssen called it quits. The dating series followed the California mom as she developed a promising romance with Georgia-based vocational expert Earl. Although their love story continued after the cameras went down, the pair decided to go their separate ways after several months of being long-distance.
“When I watched back the Love Hotel, it kind of affected me, emotionally, because I hadn’t dated anyone for a year and I made myself vulnerable,” she told Virtual Reali-Tea. “It didn’t work out, and it hurt.”

Shannon Storms Beador says she’s changing her approach to romance
Shannon said she has since adopted a new outlook on dating, saying it was no longer a major priority in her life.
“Part of 2025, for me, is not molding my life around a relationship, because I’m usually doing that. I’m just doing things I wanna do,” she explained. “Of course, I want to find a partner, but for now, I’m happy with where I am. So if I don’t find that partner, I know my life is going to be good.”
Shannon made similar comments in a recent interview with The Daily Dish, revealing how she would do things differently if and when she becomes romantically involved again.
“I see, in a perfect relationship, maintaining some independence for myself,” she said. “And that’s something that I’ve learned over the relationships that didn’t work. I still have to have a piece of me that’s still me… I’ve learned that I can be OK [single]. I can be happy, and I can have a full life. I can honestly say I’ve never been happier in my life.”
