Dr. Simone Whitmore and Dr. Heavenly Kimes’ friendship is in critical condition on Married to Medicine.
On the heels of their most recent heated argument at Angel Love Davis‘ party, Heavenly initially decided to forego Dr. Contessa Metcalfe’s girls’ trip to Miramar Beach, Fla, during Season 12, Episode 8. When the ladies questioned the reason for Heavenly’s absence, Simone chimed in with an explanation.
“She’s saying that she doesn’t want to be around me for safety,” she revealed to the group during a poolside chat. “Heavenly called me aggressive, unhinged, [and] hostile.”
Simone was referring, in part, to a moment during Angel’s event when a photographer asked her and Heavenly to pose together. Despite the fact that they had just been arguing, Heavenly obliged, smiling and putting her arm around Simone. Before the photog could snap a pic, however, the Atlanta-area OB-GYN removed Heavenly’s arm and declined the “fake” photo opp.

“I did not push her,” Dr. Simone insisted to her castmates in Florida. “I just said, ‘Get your hand off of me. Do not touch me. I’m not doing this fake s–t with you.'”
When Dr. Contessa, meanwhile, expressed her hope that the drama would not cause “a permanent rift” in their friendship, Simone shot back, “Oh, it’s permanent.”
As she further declared in a confessional, “Heavenly showed me that no matter how much I desire to have a friendship, she gives zero f–ks about that. I am done with Heavenly. It’s over. Finished. Stick a fork in it.”
Simone Whitmore and Heavenly Kimes’ feud, explained
At the top of Married to Medicine‘s Jan. 25 episode, Simone debriefed her husband, Cecil Whitmore, on the latest drama between her and Heavenly.
As Simone told it, the conflict reached a boiling point at Angel’s event for her latest line of scrubs when she realized that Heavenly had repeated a comment she’d made in jest about getting ahold of the VIN number on Quad Webb’s Rolls-Royce, to find out who actually owned the luxury vehicle. After Quad confronted her about the dig during the party, Simone and Heavenly also had a heated exchange of words.
“I could kick my own ass for trusting Heavenly again,” Simone vented in a confessional. “Once a snake, always a f–kin’ snake.”
Heavenly, for her part, shared her perspective on the dustup with her husband, Dr. Damon Kimes.
“I thought that Simone was inappropriate,” she told him. “I think she was physically aggressive. And I think it was wrong. I felt unsafe because the bitch is unhinged.”
Though she was packing her bag at the time, Heavenly decided mid-conversation to skip Contessa’s Florida trip.
“I’m not gonna put myself in a hostile position with Simone,” the dentist reasoned to her husband. “So, what I will do is remove myself from the situation.”
Later on, Heavenly had a change of heart and met her castmates in Florida. Upon her arrival, however, Toya Bush-Harris cryptically predicted, “There is absolutely a s–t storm approaching.”

Where Simone Whitmore and Heavenly Kimes’ friendship stands today
In a recent interview with The Daily Dish, Miss Quad revealed that Simone and Heavenly are on better terms today, however.
“They’re okay,” Quad exclusively shared. “We hung out, all of us. I had everyone over to my house during the holidays. We had a great time. Everybody had fun.”
Indeed, Quad posted an Instagram video on Dec. 25 that showed all the Married to Med ladies decked out in matching plaid flannel pajamas and reindeer antlers. Simone and Heavenly even paired off and shared a playful booty bump while they danced together as part of the “Everytime tha Beat Drop” social media challenge.
