The Below Deck yachties were thrilled when the first kiss of Season 12 happened between chief stew Fraser Olender and deckhand Damo Yorg—but they weren’t the only ones getting hot and heavy in the hot tub. After everyone else left to head to bed in Episode 4, which aired on June 23, deckhand Kyle Stillie and stew Solène Favreau were left alone.
“I wanna kiss you,” Kyle declared, and Solène agreed.
It came after days of flirting and sparks flying between the two. Kyle was happy with the kiss, and told her, “I don’t wanna stop.”
But Solène worried that she’d already made a mistake by locking lips with the Scottish deckhand.
“I really like kissing ‘Scottish,’” she confessed, using her nickname for Kyle. “But [it] could be a problem. Men can like me quite easy.”

Solène shared more about why she was worried she went too far with Kyle, and it involves a former Below Deck crew member.
“I’m not looking for a relationship,” she admitted.
It comes after she recently broke up with Season 11 deckhand Dylan Pierre De Villiers. She even wore a bracelet from her ex on board.
“We were very in love,” she shared during Episode 3. “And I didn’t hide what I felt.”
She confessed that they didn’t break up because they fell out of love, but rather because of “distance,” and admitted she was “very sad.”
“I don’t want to hurt [Kyle], and we work together,” she added in Episode 4. “So, if it goes bad, it can ruin the entire mood—vibes of the boat. But, for now I don’t think about that. I just enjoy the kiss.”

After a few minutes of hooking up, Kyle told Solène, “I don’t wanna stop,” and admitted he might be having the very problem she feared.
“Very well aware that I fall pretty quickly,” he confessed. “She just needs to look at me the right way then that’s it. Love her. She’s mine. F—king have a problem.”

This isn’t Kyle’s first try at a boatmance. He had a quick, intense relationship with Season 11 stew Barbie Pascual where the couple even admitted they loved each other. He described it to Damo earlier in the season: “F—king tried to make it work, but I was like a lost little puppy, mate. I really just f—king went for it.”
Although Kyle and Barbie continued to see each other after the season ended, Kyle said the two just “don’t connect.” Now, Kyle seems open to another boatmance with Solène, despite the heartache it might bring.
